Excellent visit - Magnificent museum where we are located from the entrance plunged in the 40s with the Impression of meeting with our grandparents! Civil and military life are very well represented. A crush on us!

What a nice surprise - What a great museum. The coolest we've ever seen. Lots of veteran testimonies with their respective photos, scenes of life reconstituted and a section dedicated to women - for us never seen in a museum Award more than correct Great shop and more affordable Award than in other museums. Dodge ride just great. What more can I say? Museum must do and go eat a bit next door

Excellent museum - Excellent museum. The welcome is very friendly. The reconstructions are very realistic and plunge us into the reality of those who lived through this period. Both children and parents enjoyed the opportunity to get in the jeep inside the museum and take souvenir photos. The tribute to veterans is very well done. Unfortunately we do not have time to take a ride in Dodge, but we will if we go back.

Great experience - Very good museum on the WWII, a rich collection, from uniforms to vintage vehicles.. I particularly enjoyed the exhibition dedicated to veterans, which gives a really human dimension to the visit!

Another fantastic museum - Stop 2 of the day and another excellent museum. Plenty to read and ideal for older children who want to learn about D-Day etc. The visiting jeeps, lorries etc we’re the icing on the cake.

Very nice museum! - Something different for once. A fun tour through Normandy from May 1940 to the liberation in 1944. Various displays and scenes of everyday life, such as a Norman living room and a display of everyday things. And of course the scenes of battle. With light and sound. Also very interesting for children and very nice that it is also a bit more interactive. You can hold a machine gun, wear a helmet and even sit in the jeep. There is also plenty to see outside in terms of vehicles. Moreover, the museum is built on a site of a former WWII American air base. We had the feeling that they are still expanding, so we will come again in the future.

Superb discovery - Honestly a very nice discovery! The reconstructions are very well done. I highly recommend this museum. Big plus: the Dodge tour with Dylan as guide. He explains very well and immerses us in the atmosphere of the battle of the hedges. Thanks again for this immersion

Very interesting and extensive museum - Already visited many museums during various trips to Normandy. First time at this museum and it is really worth it: very thorough explanation, beautiful decors, spacious, not too busy and a very welcome addition to the existing museums!

Unmissable and fantastic - We did the complete 40min route of the Dodge and tour of the museum. I don't usually rate it 5 but everything here is great. Our guide Dylan, friendly and able to convey his passion. He takes the time to answer all questions. Then when they return from the walk, visit the museum and thanks to the QR codes, children will find audio easier than reading. It’s also very useful for dyslexics or those who have forgotten their glasses 😊 The reconstructions are stunning and the films gripping. I will come back with great pleasure with my grandchildren. Thank you to the entire museum team.
