Very nice horse trekking near Wanaka and Queenstown - Great horse riding experience, even beginners can rest assured, at the beginning there will be detailed horse riding instructions and operation tests, they will choose the right horse for you. Although it was a 2-hour ride, I felt the time passed quickly, possibly due to the beautiful views, passionate guides, good horses and running. Great times always pass especially fast, swimming and running are especially fun. Kelly was very interested in whether you and your horse were happy, and introduced to the plant and local features along the way.

Loads of fun - We had a Great experience on the tour. Everyone involved was really nice and answered all of our questions. The Horses are clearly well cared for. Our tour Guide Hanna explained a lot during the ride about the landscape and the history surrounding it. We did a lot of canter even though there were some inexperienced riders in the group. But the Horses are really well Trained and everybody felt taken care of. Would definitly recommend

A great experience and a lot of fun - We had a great horse ride in Cardona and a Quadtour for my son. The horses are well trained and our guide Hannah told us a lot about the area and the farm. The landscape was varied. We were cantering a lot (we are advanced riders) and crossed some creeks. We had a lot of fun and it was overall such a great experience! My son also enjoyed his Quad-Trip a lot. Thank you so much!

Wonderful riding experience - My wife had the most amazing time today on this ride. Her comments were: „Willow is a great horse, she is sweet and calm but does like to check if you pay attention. Our guide Hanna was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable about the area and of course the horses. We got to canter quite a bit which was fantastic. Lovely stop for a drink at the CARDRONA Hotel, a very unique and fun place. Many thanks also to Kelly who arranged this ride on very short notice.“

A holiday highlight! - This tour will certainly be one of the highlights of our New Zealand Holiday. This 3 1/2 hour ride had everything to offer. The ride took us up into the hills, where we had the opportunity to trot and canter, ride up and down gullies and across streams. This ride had something to offer throughout, to be topped off with a quick drink at the pub, before our ride back. The ride was worth it for the scenery alone. If you are an intermediate to experienced rider, I highly recommend this ride.

Can't praise this experience enough! - Our tour guide, Marley, was delightful and knowledgeable. She catered towards our novice riding skills and displayed great patience. Our horses, Pat and Willow, were perfect for our situation.

Amazing Ride - It was an amazing tour! My horse Pete was amazing and very kind. The ride was fun and I had a wonderful time. The guide and owner Kel told a lot of history and funfacts about Cordrona. The views were also something else! 🩷I really enjoyed it and can totally recommend this tour 🤩

The best horse riding tour in New Zealand - What an amazing adventure! Kat was our guide who took my sister, mum and I on an amazing afternoon trail ride with the most beautiful scenery. She made us all feel safe and welcomed, ensuring we were comfortable on our saddles. As the three of us are experienced riders, Kat was more than happy to let us have a bit of gallop along certain parts of the trail. She also highlighted some interesting history of Cardrona and the farm. It felt like we were on a ride with a friend rather than a guide. She threw us some amazing experiences along the way of our journey. The best horse riding experience I’ve ever had! Could not rate this amazing experience enough highly recommend adding it to your to do list!!!

Great guide, good ride 😃... - Great guide, good ride 😃 horses were fit and did behave well. Could have been a bit more canter, but it was very nice to walk with the horses through that nice nature.
