A grand day out. - A group of 28 from Hereford Guild of Guides took a booked walk of Cardiff as part of our training schedule. We were looking for an interesting tour of central Cardiff along with the chance of seeing an experienced city guide in action. We were not disappointed! Both our guides were informative and entertaining. Even the weather held up! Thoroughly recommended.

Fun and Informative tour of Cardiff - I really enjoyed this tour of Cardiff. It provided a great overview of Cardiff City centre, the history of the castle and the Bute family together with some informative information about the Welsh language. including a discussion about how to pronounce my name. Eugene was entertains and personable and made an effort to converse with everyone in the group. He also showed his diplomatic skills when the group was unexpectedly joined by an early morning drinker. Here's hoping plenty of Swifties join his tours next week.

Well worth doing. Eugene was engaging and informative all at the same time! - It's easy to walk about and just look at the sights. But a tour like this gives context and a greater knowledge of the sights and history that goes with it . The tour was long enough to give a taste of central Cardiff and Eugene was more than willing to offer suggestions as to what else you could do. We took his suggestion up to try a traditional Welsh breakfast with LaverBread ! Let's just say it's probably an acquired taste but as a one off worth trying !!
