Great commentary and great location - The trip can either be seated inside or on the outdoor upper deck. The history of the area is explained as is the various features such as locks weirs and yacht club marinas

Cardiff Cruises Boat Ride - The views were amazing. Passenger safety was maintained at all times. I would recommend using audio guides (either with the help of a device or via the app) as me and my family could not hear anything (regarding the history of Cardiff) through the speaker.

Nice boat trip - It was a nice boat tour. I am disabled but the service and help to get in and out was easy and helpful. I recommend the tour to everyone.

Do not waste your money - Disgusting. The boat left early which I only knew from a different captain informing me it left early. £30 paid for a tour that was never recieved and zero communication or way to reach them.

Didn't Even Get On the Water - I was enjoying a solo trip to Cardiff for my 50th birthday and, as Cardiff Bay is my favourite place to be, I decided to treat myself to a tour. I booked online for the 3:00pm, 45 minute bay tour on the Marianne, and fifteen minutes before the scheduled departure I arrived for the trip. There were massive signs indicating where to wait, and a sign on the ground which said 'Queue Here'. However, the sailing time came and went with no sign of the Marianne. The Enterprise of Cardiff arrived further down the boardwalk but, since that boat is not open-topped, like the Marianne, I assumed that it wasn't the one I was waiting for. I waited until 3:20 before giving up. It cost £12.80 for a tour I didn't get to take.

Awful view - It wasn’t the same boat as the picture so me and my family of 5 couldn’t sit on the top roof. If you sit in the back all of the fumes chock you. If you sit in the front the view is limited and you can’t hear anything the “tour guide” in the speakers say because there aren’t enough speakers covering each corner. There was a stop over as well at the bay which was not on the itinerary. Complete waste of money. All we did was go around the bay and by the marina and back… the captain was lovely and the journey was safe which is most important but the rest of it was lacklustre.

Not worth it - The boat wasn’t open top as shown in the advert. Couldn’t hear the guide narrating. Like a shuttle bus. Waste of time.

Rubbish Boat Trip - It was worse than worse ...the boat was noisy and uncomfortable, we were the only passengers on board myself daughter and granddaughter ...we couldn't hear any of them commentary and it was very expensive for what was just a taxi over to penartynand back ...absolute rubbish and a waste of money
