Best boat trip at Cardifd - This is the best boat tour for Cardiff..they even have toilets on board
They make you feel welcome and are punctual. Will highly recommend

Great info great staff! - Great little boat trip round Cardiff Bay. Great to hear Captain Scott having a mention as he’s on my family tree. Great bit of history. Make sure u take a jacket as it can get a little chilly 🥶.

Lovely grandson enjoyed the trip tje smell of diesel fumes were a bit over whelming - Lovely trip but the diesel fumes were a bit over whelming grandson enjoyed the trip , and took over the wheel at one point which he enjoyed

Great short trip around Cardiff bay. - We went during the nice weather in August and the water was calm with a cool breeze. The kids loved it on the top deck of the open top boat. Plenty of information about the history of the bay too.

Enjoyable boat trip and good value - It was a great trip around the bay which we really enjoyed. Crew very friendly and kept to time.
Sadly the commentary couldn't be heard clearly from the front seats so we missed much of the useful information.

There doesn't seem to be... - There doesn't seem to be provision on this form for me to suggest an improvement to the boat trip so I'll write it here.
The boat trip was fine but unfortunately I could not hear the commentary at all and I really wanted to. There were not many people on the boat and it wasn't because of the noise of the passengers that I couldn't hear it - it was just too quiet. Admittedly, I am a little hard of hearing but my husband, whose hearing is fine, said he only got about 20% of it. I suggest you make the commentary louder.

Boat ride that never was... - The boat was for 1600. We were there, told to wait, waited, then the boat ride didn't happen. It was a weird experience that still doesn't make sense.

Viator No Show - The most memorable part is when we turned up at the wharf 10 minutes early and the boat never showed up. We spoke to a person from another boat which left around 11.30am and were told to board the boat as they were doing the same route. This was not true, there were no earphones, no description and all we did was go to the other side of the lake and come back. We notified Viator and were told they will get back to us after the service provider responded. So far no response.
