Clean boat. Saw the coastline in an hour. - Clean and efficient. Don't expect much in relation to commentary from crew. We survived a 2hr thunderstorm. It was pleasant way to spend an hour waiting for sun to come out again. Commentary is minimal but not important. Scenery is dramatic

Beautiful tour! - We thoroughly enjoyed this boat tour around the island! The tour company was efficient and easy to deal with. The only critique was that our tour was supposed to be in English, but it wasn't. We were able to figure out what we were seeing, but it would have been nice to hear more details in our native language. Otherwise, it was great.

Good enough for the low price - A quick boat tour. Forget about the blue grotto if you are going in the summer as it's far too busy. Not easy to see the caves unless you have a seat near the side of the boat.

Capri coast to coast with optional blue grotto - The ride was good. It was difficult to hear and understand the explanation on the boat. The explanation was in both English and Italian.

Mixed Feelings - Unless you desperately want to see the Blue Grotto it is not worth the wait (2 1/2 hours) or the extra cost (€18) for 3 mins inside. The boat tour around the island was good.

Would have been nice to understand guide - The tour was in about four different languages so it was incredibly hard to hear when they were actually speaking English. The blue grotto was closed due to rough waters. Would recommend paying more to get a better personalized tour

This listing misrepresents the duration of the tour - Due to a misrepresentation by the vendor, we were unable to particiapte in the full excursion. The listing on Viator says the duration is 1-2 hours, but the true duration is far longer. The tour consisted of two parts: a boat ride around the island, and a second boat ride to the Blue Grotto. We were not told until after the first boat ride (which took 1.5 hours) that there would be a 2-hour wait before the second boat ride even started. We asked the vendor why the duration listed on Viator was 1-2 hours if there was a 2-hour wait in the middle of the tour. The vendor's reply was that the 1-2 hour duration only accouted for the time on the boat. This felt like an egrigous misrepresentation, especially since the vendor waited until the middle of the tour to divulge this information. If they had shared this information before the tour started (either on the Viator listing or in person), we could have planned accordingly. Now that I look at other Viator listings for a similar tour, I see that they list much higher durations, which feel like a much more good-faith representation. I wonder if this vendor listed a much lower duration to give themselves a false competitive edge.

Cheats, Viator & Capri Coast to Coast Boat Tour Operator, both.... - We booked this tour not knowing it started in capri, we booked within the 24 hrs window and called Viator to cancel within a few hours, Viator kept saying its upto the tour operator and the local operator kept saying they CAN NOT cancel even after explaining in detail that all ferries and everything going from Naples to Capri was sold out and there was NO WAY for us to get to Capri, they still did not help cancel, they totally could have, they just did not want to, cheats...I am going to avoid Viator as a platform all together...

Could Be Worth It in April with less people. - We were very excited to go on this tour. The entire Blue Grotto "tour" (which they suggested to do first) took a total of about 3 .5 hours. Two hours we just waited in silence on a unsteady, really shaky boat. HEADS UP! They charge AGAIN another 12 euros pp if you would like to actually see the grotto. And then the boat drivers asks for a tip after the minute long trip in the small underwhelming grotto.
