• Confirm the number of passengers and suitcases for your transfer.
• Wheelchair users must inform our agent if the guest(s) are fully dependent on the chair or partially able to walk or move.
• Deren Koray Tourism’s transfer staff will meet you at the arrival gate; please look for your name as you proceed to the exit.
• Your name will be visible along the way.
• Print out the guideline sent before your journey, or keep it on your phone or tablet.
• Note the emergency GSM numbers for reference.
