• The Butchart Gardens - Inspired by his grandmother Jennie’s garden, the Butcharts’ grandson transformed his family’s home & cement factory on Tod Inlet into one of the world’s premier floral show gardens.
• Craigdarroch Castle - Built by coal baron Robert Dunsmuir during the reign of Queen Victoria and now a National Historic Site, Craigdarroch Castle has been meticulously restored, giving visitors a glimpse of privileged life in the 1890s.

• The Gardens at HCP - The Gardens at Horticulture Centre of the Pacific (HCP), home to the Pacific Horticulture College, presents a year-round garden experience that all can enjoy. HCP is a public garden lovingly cared for by volunteers, staff and students. From our hands-on Children’s Garden to the largest outdoor Bonsai Garden in Canada, and the only outdoor bonsai Garden in Western Canada, you will find something to inspire at every visit.
• Abkhazi Garden - ‘The Garden that Love Built’: The world famous Abkhazi Garden is an exquisite heritage home and garden located just outside downtown Victoria. The Prince and Princess Abkhazi began creating their garden in 1946, the year they married and settled in Victoria, after living separate lives touched by privilege and tragedy. They immediately began to develop their one-acre property, and continued to maintain and improve the garden throughout their lives together.
