- Bo-kaap - Bo-kaap is an old lady of a residential area resting on the foothills of the famous Signal hill of Cape town. This residential area was established in the mid 1700s as a popular rental space for the passing sailors. However, although the city of Cape town has since expanded further and built even more luxurious suburbs along the scintillating coastal areas, it is Bo-kaap’s unique architecture, cobbled streets and colorful buildings that still keep absorbing a large percentage of Cape town’s visitors into this corner of Cape Town’s inner city. Your guide will give you some time to walk around, take pictures, and point out to you all the important landmarks and tell you their history before moving on to the next stop.

Penguins in Africa - Penguins in Africa were a revelation for me! You can’t swim on the main beach, but on the second (which is further away) you can even take a photo with a little penguin. I recommend both beaches, but the second one is even better, plus along the way you can meet various other representatives of the animal world. The main ticket also allows access to the second beach.

Amazing Penguin Visit! - Natasha was our guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly! We were able to see the penguins very close up which was our goal! The flexibility of the private tour was really nice.

Family half day trip - I went sightseeing with a very kind driver (female)! ! It was a group plan with my family, but on the day we became one family of 4, but we went ahead and it was like a private tour! ! I can recommend it to people.

Penguins and great views ! - The high point of the tour without a doubt was seeing all the penguins. The viewing platforms allowed close-up viewing. Plenty of time for photos. The penguins could be seen walking up the dunes, nesting and swimming. The drive to Boulder Beach had fantastic views with a few stops for viewing & photos. An overall excellent tour. We would go do it again and recommend the tour to others.

Perfect half day tour with Jossie (amazing guide!) - Our guide Jossie made this trip for us, she was absolutely fantastic! The tour is a great way to see these sights, but having a guide like Jossie was invaluable in bringing Cape Town and the area to life with her incredible knowledge. I was impressed how much ground we covered and it didn’t feel rushed plus got to see the cute penguins!

Fun and educational - Kevin was absolutely wonderful on our tour. He was a wealth of information and it was great to understand more about the cape and South Africa as a whole. Of course we loved seeing the adorable penguins! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who plans to travel to Cape Town.
