Garden Route family trip - Our family of 4 enjoyed the Garden Route tour with Cape Convoy immensely. We had a wonderful time on the coast enjoying the scenery and wildlife. The cheetah walk and the Elephants were a highlight and the hotels and restaurants were very good. We loved the penguins and saw Baboons at the Cape of Good Hope

A bright Shining Star! - We (4 couples) arranged a 3 night/4 day Garden Route private tour via Rob (who we used some 13 years ago – and he even remembered us!). Rob was fabulous recommending where to go what to do and an itinerary which really helped with our planning. Our guide and driver was Dylan who really made our trip phenomenal. Always on time, always smiling, always willing to make sure we had a great time. He got to know what liked and didn’t and adapted the tour accordingly. He seems to know most of people on the tour eg restaurant managers, tour guides (eg at Cango Cave) etc who went out of their way for us, all because of Dylan’s influence. Having travelled many places and experienced many travel guides, Dylan stands out as a shining star – so if you are thinking of going on the Garden Route, you won’t get better than Rob and Dylan! Thanks Rob, and particularly a huge thank you to Dylan.

Exceeded our expectations - 5 Stars - If you're looking for a wonderful, once in a lifetime experience on the Garden Route then I cannot recommend Convoy Tours highly enough. My wife and I had the pleasure of Robs company for 5 days in January 2020 and we still talk about it. The hotels were decent and central and the entire thing was well planned, we didn't stand in any lines whatsoever. We would never have managed to achieve so much on our own and Rob is great fun! Great value as well, don't hesitate to book

Cape Convoy tours are the best - Reminiscing from a year ago this was the highlight of my South Africa tour. As a single female traveller I wanted to make sure I found the right tour guide to get the best experience possible. Rob was the man who made my memories so special. He is informative, funny and took me to places when there were little or no crowds. The accommodation I stayed in chosen by Rob was perfect in every stop. If you are looking for a tour guide who is also adaptable and will show you all the best places to visit in South Africa please email Rob. He was efficient and replied to all my queries.

South Africa tour by the best - Thank you Rob for a fantastic 5 days touring, I had the best time ever in your company. Being a solo traveller and fitting around cricket matches was a dilemma for me as other companies only go on certain days but Rob was able to work round my itinerary. Going with Convoy travel they aim to miss all the other tourists so you have a better experience and for me, I definitely did. Rob also changed some of the itinerary for me to the places I wanted to go and miss out others I didn’t. Can’t wait now for my last tour at the winelands next week. The garden route has so much to see and do and going with Rob was the best decision I made.

Very enjoyable Garden Route Tour - What a wonderful time my husband and I had on the Garden Route tour with Cape Convoy. Booking was straight forward and Rob was very prompt in replying to my e-mails and was always on hand to answer any questions at any time. We were lucky enough to have Zane as out guide. He was kind, patient and really knows what he is doing. It was also nice to learn about South African culture and history from a local and get a clearer understanding of South Africa's past, present and future. The Garden Route is incredibly beautiful and booking a private tour was a good decision. We also really enjoyed the day we spent with Desmond at the Cape of Good Hope. Highly Recommended

Cape Convoy.....Simply the Best!! - I booked the Garden Route Tour with Cape Convoy after reading the great reviews on Trip Advisor. I spent 4 amazing days on the tour with my wonderful guide Zane and it is an experience which I will never forget! He was an amazing guide with so much knowledge and expertise and I learnt so much from him about South Africa in such a short time. He was great company and went the extra mile every day to ensure that I could see and do everything that I wanted to. I also received great communication and advice from Rob from the moment I booked the trip with the company which I was so grateful for as I was travelling alone. Cape Convoy simply are the best tour company in South Africa and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful country!!......

Garden Route with Convoy Tours - Wonderful 4 days spend with Rob on the Garden Route! He is kind, funny and really goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are having the best time. We booked a private tour and Rob customized the tour to our requirements (lots of animals) We spent a unforgettable night at Botlierskop private reserve and Tsisitikamma was a dream as my husband and I love hiking. Do not hesitate to book!

Fabulous Garden Route trip - There is a reason why so many people have written wonderful reviews about Cape Convoy tours, I booked my tour with them based on the very positive Trip Advisor reviews and could not be happier. Very good communication from the start, wonderful Cape Point tour that included an Ostrich farm and Baboons. The Garden Route itself is as good as I thought it would be. A great combination of hiking, animals and food, all the things we love!

Garden Route, it could not have been better! - My husband and I hired Cape Convoy for a private Garden Route and it proved to be a very good decision. At first we considered driving ourselves but came around to the idea of hiring a guide so a) we could enjoy the country and learn about the people and places we are visiting and b) after reading so many reviews online Cape Convoy stood out as having the expertise to manage out limited time well and the certainly did that.What we achieved in 4 days was staggering and the hotels were all very good and of a decent standard and centrally located. We loved Tsisitikama and the Whales in Hermanus. We saw Penguins and Dolphins and fed an Ostrich! Rob and the team at Cape Convoy made out trip to South Africa a once in a lifetime experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Cape Convoy to my family, friends or anyone else planning a holiday to South Africa
