The weather was awful, and the swells were really bad. This trip should’ve been canceled and rescheduled. This was my boys birthday present and he was sick and was barely able to fish due to the swells. I’m not in the boating and or fishing industry but after I viewed the news that morning, I knew that this trip should be canceled.
You can’t always get it right but when you know that your clients didn’t have a good experience you should maybe offer a voucher to come back for a more enjoyable experience.

No fish caught but that happens The problem I have is if your in a half day trip your first stop can't be 1hour 40 minutes away the s it's the same back plus other stops 6 hour fishing is 2/1/2 at best if that Full day no problem with that ride mates complaining he only got 100 dollar worth of tips like any other industry tipped on work done Some tangles yes but needing them for fish help not
