• Children over 5 years old can access to the park, Entry is not allowed for children 4 and under
• We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
• The tour is for about 3 hours and ends at 11:00 p.m. Pick up start around 5:30 pm. We recommend to be ready and early in your official meeting point
• Children over 4.5 ft. but under 12 years of age must present an ID to verify their age (in both cases children must show an ID at park ticket booths).
• It is not possible to make a change of date the same day of your visit.
• The maximum weight per gondola is 6614 lbs (20 guests approximately).
