This pass offers you All-Inclusive access to the park, with unlimited drinks, domestic open bar, delicious appetizers served all day and the buffet lunch. Take advantage of Children’s World area, and discover the Meliponary and the Plant Nursery. Make sure to go on a stroll through the gardens and forest paths. You can also swim with incredible marine animals thanks to the unlimited snorkeling in the river and cove. Plus, enjoy the panoramic view from atop the Scenic Lighthouse.
You will have access to lounge chairs, hammocks and resting areas; as well as life jackets, pool floats and bicycles, snorkel equipment and a snorkel tube for you to take home! You will also find lockers, changing rooms and showers on site. The park has Wi-Fi, ATMs and shops.

Enjoy different attractions such as The Meliponary, the Plant Nursery and Children’s World. Go for a peaceful hike through the jungle gardens or snorkel with beautiful colorful fish in the river, the cenotes and the beautiful cove.
You will have access to resting areas with hammock and beach chairs, lifejackets, floating tubes, bicycles and snorkel gear. This tour is your opportunity to discover the huge variety of marine species and the Mayan jungle in a day full of adventure and aquatic activities, while treating yourself to a continental breakfast, buffet lunch and domestic open bar.
- Wear comfortable beach clothing, sandals or water shoes, swimsuit, sunglasses and cap or hat. Bring a change of clothes, biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellant, and extra money for photos, souvenirs or optional activities. Some activities have age and medical restrictions. Child price applies between 5 – 11 years old, but must show official ID. Children under 4 years old have a free pass but cannot be guaranteed a seat on the transport; please advise if you are travelling with infants at booking. Other activities are available at an extra cost (snorkel tour, swim with dolphins, spa treatments, Snuba, shark interaction, among others) From some hotels, transportation is not included on Sundays; please contact your NexusTours representative.

Beautiful! - Be prepared for a long bus ride! We came from the hotel zone and took 2 busses almost 2 hours (not a big deal just a heads up).
The best part was the lazy river. We weren’t aware that some of the cool things to do cost more money so be aware of that. It’s a snorkel heavy day so if you aren’t into that you may not love it. We tried to snorkel and it kinda grossed us out, they smelt weird, unsure if they get cleaned properly so we didn’t do it. It’s really hot and you’re in the water, wear a rash guard to protect your upper body!!! You can’t always be applying sunscreen. Also bring water shoes!! We still enjoyed it, just some things I would have liked to know before hand. Food and drinks were decent! Bring a water bottle and snacks. You’ll want it for the ride home. Overall it’s a beautiful natural water park. The caves are very cool too! Pro tip: ride the bike to the lazy river. Very enjoyable bike ride (watch out for iguanas). We actually went twice, and the second time was in the late afternoon, almost no kids were on it, it was wayyyyy better. Highly recommend!

BEST vacation of my life - I booked the excursion with Jorge Martinez, who was very informative about the different trips available and helped us select the ones which were ideal for my mother and I.
The trip was great and I did pay extra for the dolphin and scuba diving as well as the spa for my mum. She also got the fish spa free.
We went down the lazy river but unfortunately did not have time to do the zip line or slide.
The food was tasty and was always full up especially with the amount of people that were there.
Our bus guide was very helpful and helped us once we got to the park. (So sorry forget your name).

Adolfo Equals Best - Xel Ha was great. Waterslide was cool and there were ziplines and cliff jumping! The best part was the Nexus representative that helped us. Aldofo is the best. He constantly has a smile, super friendly, very informative, and just a pleasure to be around.

Magical experience in Xel-ha - It was an incredible experience, we really wanted to visit Xel-ha for a long time, we thank Mr. Protacio from Nexus for facilitating our visit to that magical place. Our children enjoyed it very much.

Great snorkeling day with friends or family - Even without the extras (swimming with manatees and dolphins) it was a great day. The snorkeling was fun, the food was OK despite the mass processing and the slides were great too. I would happily go again with family or friends. One star is deducted because the biodiversity has suffered significantly compared to a few years ago. If you are looking for intact reefs, this is the wrong place for you.

Xel ha is an unforgettable experience - Xel ha is absolutely brilliant and will definitely make your holiday. Be prepared to pay for extra activities and also it’s definitely worth paying for the photo package - you will not be disappointed. Plenty of life jackets so even non swimmers can feel confident in the river. Would give 5 out of 5 for Xel ha but due to the confusion created by Viator outsourcing the excursion to two different companies we had two different pick up times, indicating we had to exchanged our ticket in Cancun which was about an hour in the opposite direction of Xel ha. Viator were unable to provide any real confident answers and admitted themselves it was confusing! Have used Viator for years but their lack of knowledge of this trip and the amount of wasted hours trying to sort it whilst trying to enjoy your holiday has definitely put me off using again.

Be careful .... - Nice place, with a lot of pick pocketing. Watch up for your stuff. Security is faulting. Use the lockers for everything.. including your bathing suits.

Absolutely Dreadful and no recompense for mistakes - Absolutely dreadful service from Nexus Tours! My partner and I booked a winter solstice vacation trip with them, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. We were given a receipt stating that the pick-up time was at 10 am, and to be on the safe side, we arrived a few minutes early, as advised by Nexus Tours. Little did we know that we would end up waiting for almost an hour, only to discover that the actual pick-up time was 7:45 am! To make matters worse, when we tried to seek assistance after their blatant mistake, the staff was unapologetic, unhelpful, and downright rude. The associate even laughed in my face. It's appalling that they couldn't even own up to their error and offer a solution. This incompetence and lack of accountability ruined what was supposed to be a special vacation for us. I wouldn't recommend Nexus Tours to my worst enemy, and I will certainly never use their services again. They need to seriously improve their communication and customer service if they want to retain any customers in the future.
