• The tour may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions if access to the Caribbean Sea is restricted by the port captain of Cancun.

** Tours of 1, 2, and 3 hours will proceed if the Caribbean Sea is closed, provided the weather allows for a safe trip, in which case the tour will take place in the Nichupte Lagoon.

* Guests are welcome to bring food, alcohol, and snacks on board.

** Prohibited items include red wine, hookah, and fireworks.

* The service is considered complete once the vessel departs from the port. If the client chooses to end the rental early for reasons not caused by the charter provider, the service is still deemed fully rendered, and no refund will be issued.
