I don’t normally like guided tours… - Normally when I travel I don’t like to guided tours but this was definitely the exception! The guides were fantastic, there was a wide variety of things to do and the food was great! I would definitely recommend to anyone to do this tour because of the value of everything you get to do.

Fun times had by all - cenotes tour - Jose was the best tour guide we have ever had in Cancun! Loved exploring two different cenotes and the lunch was delicious. Great driving by the bus driver Esteban as well.

A magical adventure in Tulum! - A simply fantastic experience! Thanks to the guide Raul, kind, knowledgeable and speaking perfect Italian, we snorkeled with the turtles 🐢, visited the suggestive ruins of Tulum 🏛️ and took a refreshing bath in a crystal clear cenote 💦. To complete the day, we enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch offered by them. Emotions, nature and culture all in one day! 🌴💙

A perfect day with Mildred to explore Tulum and Copa! - Mildred, from Ekinox tour, was an excellent guide. The tour company kept me informed through whatsapp with pick up time, location, and additional tax that needed to be taken care of before pick up. Great communication regarding pick up! The tour van was clean, fresh, spacious and very comfortable. The driver even stepped out to greet you at pick up with the tour guide. That shows hospitality there! Mildred was very clear about the transfer time for those who is doing the shared tour (1.5-2hr). We had a blast spending the full day with her. She was super friendly and easy going, and knowledgeable guide. Her english was excellent! She was loud and clear when talking. She did remind us it’s a FULL day tour and lunch will be late.Tip: we grapped some bake goods from our hotel before pick up just to have to hold us over till lunch. We did not feel rush and was able to enjoy each site on our own for a good amount of time before leaving. ( FYI- this might not be true for all shared tour, because it's all depends on the size of the group for that day). She was clear with the schedule and didn’t want people to be surprise. Buffet lunch (drinks and soda are not included)- food was flavorful, hot and fresh. Dining aea was clean and service was great too. Love how the cenote that Ekinos tour took us to has a clean-spacious changing area and lockers to used if needed. She and A ( the driver) kept everything on schedule. Best tour guides are usually the ones who love their country and just have full of joy to share others about it and Mildred is one of them. I’m sure going to miss Mildred’s smile and Span-lish!

Ekinox pulled out all the stops! - Wow! What an incredible experience. Firstly, we were the only pickup in Cancun. This was not a problem for the Ekinox tour guides. Secondly, we were the only English speaking family. The two tour guides on the comfortable coach were amazingly good. We had Mildred and Bay Sen, they were so accommodating. Mildred.made sure we had an English speaking guide at both Tulum and Coba, both times we had the guide to ourselves. The meal was in the jungle with two cenotes to choose from. The whole trip was magical, fun and welcoming. I can't recommend this company, Ekinox, enough.

Good tour to see Tulum and Coba, communication from tour company could be improved - It is a good tour to see both Tulum and Coba on the same day. At the same time, there was little and confusing information from the tour company. They provided a WhatsApp number for questions and never responded to my questions about paying entrance fees prior to the tour. While we are able to select the hotel to be picked up from when booking, they contacted me the night before and told me that they would pick me up at a hotel that was a 30 minute walk away (same location for drop off). After being picked up in a van full of people, we stopped at two locations where people had to get off and move to different vans or wait in front of a different hotel. We were all confused as we did not know what we were doing or where we were going (I'm fluent in Spanish and English - the guide and driver were just not talking to us or telling us what was happening). As I waited in a van, I received a WhatsApp message from a different guide telling me he was on his way to the pick up point and for me to wait. I responded and told him I had already been picked up and was waiting in a van?! He told me to wait in the van. I had no idea what was happening or where we were going. When we got to Tulum, I asked the guide why I was receiving those messages and she told me not to worry as that person was from her company and I was OK with her as the guide?? The ride back was the same - confusing. From the pickup in Cancun and return, it was an 11 hour day. I recommend that the tour company communicate with customers better about logistics to provide a better experience
