it is very worth it - A cultural and fun activity although a little long, visiting 4 different places and you leave early from your hotel and arrive until night, it is really worth the whole tour but you must consider that it is all day.

4 in 1 was well worth the time and investment!!! - The day was incredible! Uriel/Ave and his crew were FANTASTIC! Uriel is an encyclopedia of history and knowledge and he’s Comedian too! I’d give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. It a long 14 hour day but Uriel made feel shorter. Thank you once again!!!

Great Tour - Pablo and Nestor were great! There was enough free time to quickly walk around and get pics after and Pablo made sure to educate us on the Mayan culture. He went above and beyond. A great way to see quite a few popular sites. Expect lots of time driving - it’s great break from the heat between sites. It was 13 hours from pick up to drop off.

Lovely tour with amazing tour guides - Martin and Zeferino were absolutely amazing! Very kind and knowledgeable. Provided so much information on the tour. Experience some wonderful scenes. Out of all of the tours I’ve taken they actually dropped you off at the door of your hotel vs at the corner or a few blocks over which was a plus since it was late when we arrived back at the hotel. Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this tour!!

Good tour, can be improved - There was a bit of hiccup while starting the tour, where trip manager asked for extra payment else would not provide us with entry tickets. And what is not mentioned is about carrying bug spray, ended up paying more for that. Good parts, great places and very good food. Enjoyed all the places.

Deceptive and Unprofessional - We, unfortunately, did not get to experience this tour. We booked a few days in advance. When I realized the day before the tour that we had not been contacted with a pick up time I reached out to them via WhatsApp. We were staying at a resort in Tulum- the main destination on the tour. When we booked it allows a fill in option if your hotel isn’t listed. Mind you- this is a large Hilton resort. Several hours later the operator responded via WhatsApp and via TripAdvisor/Viator saying that they could not pick us up and we would need to drive to a hotel 1.5 hours in the other direction and be there by 7am. When I asked whether they’d be refunding us they declined. We have a two year old and leaving our hotel at 5am to go in the other direction when they were literally traveling to Tulum was unrealistic. What then transpired was very unprofessional. I fault the tour company for their untimely and unprofessional communication. I fault Viator for what I honestly believe is a deceptive booking proactive. Ultimately I do not recommend this tour operator. They told me that I wasn’t making sense (totally gaslighting me) and offered no assistance. We wound up booking with another tour company but I do say- buyer beware. I have tried to attach photos of the communication but it seems TripAdvisor blocks it (of course 🙄) and have had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. So dissapointing.
