Master the essentials of Jet Ski navigation along with all the necessary safety measures! You can opt for a high-speed adventure, or enjoy a relaxed cruise, taking in the spectacular sights of the Cancún lagoon and the surrounding mangrove landscape!
- Minimum boarding age required: 10 years old
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum driving age required: 16 years old (Must be accompanied by an adult)
- Not recommended for participants with back problems, heart conditions or other serious medical conditions, pregnant women.
- A mandatory dock fee of $20 usd is payable upon arrival in CASH ONLY
- Persons under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other illicit substance are not allowed to participate in the tour and will not be able to get a refund.
- Cell phones, cameras, tablets, and other electronic devices are not allowed during the activity for security reasons.
- We cannot exceed 2 participants per jetski. (within the 450-pound weight limit).
- It is recommended that you wear a rash guard, sunscreen, a swimsuit, sunglasses and water shoes

Jetski was fun, good photos - Valeria. Jhon. Jesus. All 3 made it so easy. The drone shots were worth it. Very safe and professional. I would recommend it to anyone. Just a little low in parking if youre driving.

Couple adventure connect Ski - Good reception and great service, short but fun walk with right to last minute drop (planned), the tequila courtesy are delicious and can choose to take everything recorded... good for an afternoon to two with a little d emeocao...

Fun Time - My daughter and her boyfriend had a great time jetskiing. The jetskis were fast and the staff was friendly. They now charge extra for two people on one jetski, so I purchased two.

Brilliant time, great service - I booked via GetYourGuide and went to jungle adventure, the weather was windy, but they still went ahead, no unwanted surprises, and a very pleasurable experience and friendly staff, remember a docking fee has to be paid $20usd per boat, and no phones aloud, would definitely return

Awesome Jetski Experience - Great experience with friendly crew. I wish the ride was longer considering I availed of their Catamaran package too. They need to have a bundle for their rides.

Super fun experience , beautiful views, highly recommended - this was my first time riding a jet ski
they explained the instructions well and made sure a trainer was with me the first few minutes
after i got a hang of it, they let me drive on my own, and i certainly pushed to the machine to its limits
what an adernalin rush,
this was so much fun
to make it even better, they took professional photos and video, which came out really nice

Dissappointed - My previous review was deleted!! I don't like leaving a negative review as this one, but unfortunately, our first experience in Jet Ski Cancun was disappointing.
We rented two jet skis for one hour, with the clear understanding that each jet ski would be shared between two couples -- 30 minutes per couple, for a total of eight riders. This arrangement was explained in detail beforehand and the staffer agreed. However, the staffer unilaterally changed the plan and allowed only four guests to use the jet skis initially, disregarding what was previously agreed upon.
When I pointed this out, the staff member reluctantly agreed to honor our original arrangement and suggested that they riders changed the agreement (false) but by then, we had already lost valuable time due to his misunderstanding. On top of that, our group spent 15 minutes completing paperwork, which delayed the actual start time to 4:15 PM, we arrived at 3:20 pm with enough time, even though the session was scheduled from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Despite this delay being on their end, they did not extend our session to make up for the lost time.
When I brought up the issue, the staff member was extremely rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility, instead blaming others for the confusion. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a very negative impression. This occurred on May 24, 2025 and unfortunately I didn't get the staffers name but he was small thin in stature male who was very rude and condescending. Who did not offer and apology nor any type of acknowledgment.
My recommendation is look other places before booking here.

RUDE EMPLOYEES - I was excited for this experience but it was poor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone book this. You pay $80 to jet ski in a square box marked with flags. So it’s a very small area that you can jet ski, which is no fun. You would have better look booking jet skis at the ocean.
You are not supposed to go outside of the flags and I did. There is always an employee on a jet ski while you’re out. The employee on the jet ski came up to me and in a rude tone, repeatedly said “you keep going outside of the flags, stay inside, stay inside!!”. I understand him coming to tell me I’m outside of the area I can jet skii in but the way he communicated this information was disrespectful. It’s mot about what you say but how you say it. If you don’t know how to speak to paying customers, then find a new job. At the end of the day, I am a paying customer, and employees need to speak to me with respect regardless of what’s being communicated. DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS EXPERINCE. BOOK FOR THE OCEAN FOR BETTER VALUE!!
