Marina Xtabay is located on the Puerto Juarez Highway past the All Ritmo Cancun hotel. Formerly known as Marina Las Jaibas. You can arrive on your own or book transportation with us. Catamarans depart at 10:00 am, however, you must check in from 9:30 am.

A world to save - Landing in Contoy is like setting foot in Heaven. Because that's what this is all about! The island is a tropical paradise, where you can immerse yourself in crystal clear waters and savour nature in its purest form. Nature Reserve and National Wildlife Refuge is uninhabited and uncontaminated. Our guide Gabriella, Mexican of Italian origin, told us about the island with the passion that comes from the heart, capable of arousing deep emotions! Very prepared also in presenting Mujeres, touristy, colorful and among the most visited of the Riviera Maya. Thank you Gabriella, we shared with you moments of pure joy, unforgettable! Isla Mujeres Catamaran Trip - The crew was fantastic. The view was beautiful and I was able to see a shark in the snorkeling site. Monty (Gypsy) was our guide and we had a great time!

An Unforgettable Contoy Island Tour - There is no doubt that Cancun and La Riviera Maya hide endless secrets that we should all visit at least once in our lives and one of the unmissable treasures is Isla Contoy, also known as Isla de los Pajaros, for this reason we were in search of a tour that met all our expectations and Cancun Sailing provided us with everything we expected, since in addition to visiting Isla Contoy, during our trip we were able to snorkel, enjoy food and drinks both on the boat and on the island, music, as well as simply unforgettable landscapes. We could also visit Isla Mujeres another of the beautiful treasures that is better known, but no less interesting. It is worth mentioning that we received excellent treatment from when we were picked up at our hotel until we returned to this, which certainly made this tour an experience that we will not forget, thank you.

A UNIQUE AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - THE ISLAND BEING A NATURE RESERVE HAS PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND THAT THE TRANSFER TAKES 2 HOURS AND MANY PEOPLE GET DIZZY, DO NOT EAT HEAVY BREAKFAST.

Isla Contoy - I would like you to do the tour only to Contoy Island and let us stay longer on the Island. In other words, exclude the visit to Isla Mujeres.

Big disappointments - We had booked a day on Contoy Island to see the birds. We were sold the excursion and told that we could walk on the island as we please. On the way we could snorkel and on the way back we would pass Ilsa Mujeres. Arrived on site, we were told that there would be no snorkeling because the weather was unfavorable! First disappointment and no compensation. On Contoy Island, we are forced to stay on a small beach, no way to walk! 2nd disappointment. The trek with certified national geographic guide is a 300m walk to a viewpoint with a sailor! Third disappointment. Lunch is okay, no more. On the boat, the sailors are nice but apart from drinking, there is nothing to do. On the way back, stop for 1 hour in Isla Mujeres where there is nothing to do except to be constantly harpooned by tequila sellers and others. In a word, more than 250€ at 2 to finally bcp time by boat ....

Avoid Cancun Sailing if you want to enjoy your holiday - I booked the tour to Isla Mujeres and Isla Contoy with Cancun Sailing for Saturday, April 19. A few hours after paying online, they called me to let me know that they had no space and could not accept my reservation. I requested the refund, but then they contacted me again to reconfirm that they could receive us. The next day, I was told by mail that the tour was cancelled because of the port closure and invited to reschedule. I responded immediately asking for the change by Tuesday, but received no response. I sent two follow-up emails and no one answered. They didn't answer the phone either. They responded to my third email, less than 24 hours before the new tour, reporting that they could only offer a date the following Thursday. If I couldn't, I'd be reimbursed. It was a terrible experience. Poor seriousness, poor communication and zero customer engagement. I ended up investing time and energy in pursuing them instead of enjoying my vacation. I do not recommend them at all.

A mess. Avoid its a scam! - Very bad service, in its entirety... Because of a delay in their ground transportation they did not allow snorkeling, they took us super fast to the island. The crew doesn't cooperate either. We asked to speak to someone and were sent to walk several blocks to find ALDO who also offers no solutions, or even allow to return on another boat. They don’t do the activity and take time away. They do not offer any alternative or refund. The food and drink on the boat is not good either. And on the island you're adrift, not explained or helped at all. You should take a ferry that leaves only 30 USD and has arrivals and departures every hour.

LOST IN REFUND HELL - Excursion cancelled due to weather. Which is understandable, Prepaid in April in FULL. Getting the REFUND is a terrible experience. Little to no response in Messenger, Whats App., or Email. Four request made. Still waiting!!!!!
