Great experience - Fun experience, but right under the AC cold asf. They were hilarious and the service was good. Drinks were watered down but other than that it was good.

Cherry’s Experience 2025 - It was very nice. We had the Gold Member and good seats. The food was just simple, dog in a bun and burger on a slider! The performance was great.

This will be one of the best nights of your trip! - This was a 10/10 the show was amazing the preformers were great and friendly.. just know that this VIP package isn't the ultimate VIP package. These seats are above the stage... not next to the stage. All the fun is at the bottom of the stage so we paid an extra $200+ dollars for a table next to the stage. Also as the night goes on the "open bar" is more geared towards bottle service but even with the minor hiccups this was one of the best nights of the trip.

Set relaxing and fun... - A very relaxing and fun place to be. Although I traveled alone I had a great time just being in the environment alone. With the VIP pass the servers will never leave you without. Overall it’s a “must do” but transportation is a major factor getting back to the hotel.

Coco Bongo Feb 25 - Fantastic night out! The Atmosphere was electric and Coco Bongo knows how to make the night memorable. I noticed that a lot of reviews say drinks were weak, but when I went to the bar - it was all brand products, and if you wanted a drink - you got it! Only thing in my opinion that could be vastly improved is the “dinner”, it really is a small burger and a small portion of fries. Taking into consideration of all the great entertainment, friendly staff and attention to detail which made the evening - Coco Bongo should look into that small detail. However, a fun and energetic night out in Cancun. Recommend it to everyone and I’m sure I’ll be back there soon! Thanks Coco Bongo!

Amazing show - Most amazing experience I've had in a night club. The show was spectacular and superb atmosphere. Waiters were keeping the drinks flowing. You have to see it to believe it.

Overpriced poor experience - Some of the show was very good, however I really don’t think it was worth the high price. Booked VIP gold to skip the queue only to be told on arrival to join the queues with everyone else. Once in and sat in our “VIP” area we were hassled numerous times to upgrade to a seat the row in front for an additional 120 dollars. After already paying £250 I wasn’t going to start spending more money. The food we were served was cold and tasted awful. I didn’t see anyone eating it. Once inside it was just one request after another to get more money, even expecting a tip when you go to the toilet.

Obstructive view - Giant pole in the way of all of our viewing. Could t see much of the show.. also it seemed like the workers knew about it and tried to upcharge us 200 US dollars to move seats after we paid 500 plus for 3 gold members tickets

Great show, weak drinks - The show was great!!! We had VIP front line tickets and the view was incredible. Unfortunately, for the price we paid the drinks were not strong at all. Also, we didn’t like being interrupted to take and purchase pictures during the show times. It would have been more appropriate during the DJ music in between performances. Overall, it was a good experience. This was my second time and I was on the floor and the drinks were stronger.

Worst “Show” I’ve Ever Seen, left early - What a train wreck, first it’s not a show, it’s a dance club where you watch very bad dancers on a big screen because most of the seats can’t see the stage. Venue should hold 500 max, they pack 1500 in there, mark my words we will read one day about several hundred people burning to death in this fire trap due to the crowds and panic. They play precorded music videos, all copyright violations, and call this a “show”, in between showing drunk idiots in the crowd chugging booze from bottles. Huge ripoff, I can’t believe anyone thinks this is entertaining. As for the VIP tickets, they are worthless, it’s a cattle call to get in, people without vip, mostly girls, get led up to the so-called vip seats to fill them up. They upsell you as soon as you get there, I thankfully had the good sense to say F no.
