Twice visited - Had an amazing time with my husband. Vibes were great playing Spanish and English top music that everyone knew. We used Uber for transportation. Price range $15-25USD for Uber per trip for 2 people. We have been on a Wednesday and now a Saturday. Both times great. Can be slow sometimes getting your drinks at the bar or then bringing them to you.

My solo experience - I went just to live the experience, they treated me very well, Leo the very attentive waiter always refilled my glass never left me dry haha the Animator lacks creativity, good music.

Great experience just need to make clear of each option - Our server Leonardo was wonder, staff was great the only thing I can say was it should be made clear of the option I booked celebrity with premium and unlimited snacks however the premium included Jose quervo which is really not top shelf nor Hennessy

Beach party - You get what you put into it. We went durning the week. The bar was open bar even tho it says 10 drinks. We completely forgot about the food that was included so I can’t comment on that. The drinks were good. The music was a good variety. My cousins and I had a blast but we could party at a bus stop. Some ppl were enjoying themselves and other sat around like they were waiting for something to happen. So come with a great attitude. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Bring cash for a locker and to tip the bartenders.

Super fun club vibe - We paid $65 USD to go on a Sunday. This gets you: entrance to the party which includes an indoor/outdoor inground pool with foam party AND ability to go down to the beach and enjoy the sand and waves. It includes open bar, and some snacks like fries and hot dog. DJ is blasting amazing dance tunes the whole time. It runs from 1pm to 8pm and we were there for that whole time. More people showed up later in the day. Every so often they blast the foam which makes for a soapy fun time. If you go down to the beach you can hear the music out there too. This is a public beach though so you are not just mingling with other Coco Bongo folks, there's locals and other tourists on the beach. Watch your stuff. There is no bar down on the beach because it is public, so if you want another drink you have to hose off your feet and return to the inside of Coco Bongo to get one. There were a couple of go go dancers dressed in sexy lifeguard outfits. There was an announcer guy and a "little person" guy. Someone went around with tequila shots where they shoot it in your mouth. They did some fun activities like: having men drink beer through a straw while in a push up position. Having men hold a pull-up bar for 100 seconds (no one could do it, btw). Women doing a twerking competition. My overall review is that I had fun dancing, meeting people, drinking, etc. Overall a fun time!!!! For the price we paid, I would recommend it. If you go onto social media and look this "beach party" up online, they show all kinds of cool entertainers, and a "show". The guy who sold us tickets said the party has a show around 3pm. On the day we went there was NO show. Just the fun little audience-participation contests I mentioned above, that's it. So we were a little disappointed in the entertainment aspect. [But again, for $65 USD to have all you can drink, DJ and snacks, still overall happy]. The price varies on the day you want to go. The sales rep we dealt with (Victor who was selling at the Occidental Costa Cancun resort) explained to us that if you go on Thurs/Fri/Sat it is way more expensive than Sun to Wednesday. So we went Sunday to get the $65 price. But what he didn't explain is that we weren't getting a "show". I bet on the days where you pay more, you get better show/entertainment than we got. Had a blast, our server was attentive, it was easy to reload your drink. Music was pumping, crowd was jumping, overall a fun time. We are a couple of 50-something ladies and although the crowd was primarily 20s and 30s we did see and talk to some other folks who were 40s/50s too. Everyone having a good time, no judgement ;-) Overall I would recommend this beach party if you like a "clubbing" vibe. SOME THINGS TO NOTE: 1) BRING WATER SHOES. The bottom of the pool is rough/rocky/pointy. It really hurt my feet. I had brought water shoes with me and so I put them on and that saved my feet. I don't know how people were dancing up and down on that pool floor for hours!!! your feet would be shredded. They really ought to smooth that out. 2) BRING ID. They demand you show proof of age when you enter, and they take a picture of your ID. We are two 50-something ladies and clearly over the age of 18 yet they made us show ID too. They will turn you away, even if you pre-paid for entry, if you don't have ID. 3) Security checks your bags on the way in and you cannot enter with your own water bottle. I had to throw mine away. They will give you water (cans) for free as part of the all-you-can drink aspect, so don't try to bring water. I was allowed to bring my own empty Bubba (cooler mug, like Yeti or Stanley) to put my drinks in. 4) There are lockers if you want to lock up your valuables without having to watch them carefully all night. 5) The entrance fee just gets you in. If you want a table with chairs or a day-bed, that costs extra (and it's a lot more - sorry, I can't remember the price but we didn't want to pay it so we just stood around like everyone else) - you don't really need a table, except when you want to set your food or drink down.

Excellent option to have fun in private - Attention to the plan you go... If your intention is to find beach, party, drink, fun and security; IT IS HERE. If your plan is to look for a ZEN place, Wellness, silence and few people; NOT HERE. For USD 60 if I remember correctly, you will have open bar, access to the beach beds, security, party, atmosphere, foam rain, service all the time (obviously adds tip to the boys, who by the way are very friendly), good music, it is not the classic place where they only put music for gringos, it gets 1 and 1 which makes it a very good environment. Clean bathrooms, good drinks, include a couple of snacks (basic but good), and you can pay more for a table, maybe you don't need it if your plan is just to have fun in the pool. I give it a 9/10 The value of the investment is profitable if you literally go dancing and drinking.

Good party. - The place as such I don't like much is not one of my favorites per must admit that the party is worth it, the prices are a little higher than other clubs but it is worth going even a day

It was good. - It was fun to go with friends to this beach club.. good atmosphere, the waiters very attentive, the only thing I found too loud the volume of the music, x that under a star

Lousy value for money experience - Dismal service Each drink takes 20 minutes to arrive Besides that there are many things that do not include for what you pay and sell you the experience of open bar and unlimited food and do not even give you opinion of the menu that charge you more for a simple potatoes, mini burger Besides, you can't take anything from the bar because even that's at extra cost. Lousy everything.
