Great tour - This tour was great. Our tour guide Hector was great, very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole trip fun in English and español. Loved the whole day, even the underground cenote.

Great sites - Very attentive guide and driver. Thought it would be English but most people spoke Spanish. Not very informative. Too long a day.

Be on time to meet. - The sightseeing places were good and there was plenty of sightseeing time, but for some people who couldn't make it to the meeting time, lunch passed 2PM and hotel arrivals passed 10PM.

Unforgettable day in Tulum, Cobá and a magical cenote! - We had an absolutely fantastic day on this tour! Our guide was super friendly and fun. The first stop in Tulum was simply impressive – the ruins right on the turquoise sea are truly a highlight. Afterwards we continued to Cobá, where we dived deep into the jungle and explored the ancient Mayan city. It was fascinating to imagine how life once pulsated here. I just wish I had a little more time here. The place is really incredibly great. A special highlight was the visit to a Cenote – the crystal clear water, the atmosphere and the silence there were simply magical. I recommend taking the all inclusive package so you don't have to worry about drinks. It is so hot that you really have to drink a lot and your own supplies are quickly used up. The food was also very good and in buffet form. A small Mayan ritual was shown before going to the showroom. It should also be noted that if you have a hotel on the coast of Playa del Carmen, you did not include the 60-minute spot in Playa del Carmen. We weren't aware of that and we overread it in the rules. Otherwise everything was perfectly organized, we felt comfortable and safe all the time. I can recommend this tour – it offers history, culture, nature and a real slice of Mexican spirituality.

Worst tour ever - I do not recommend this tour at all. Organization was very poor. We left our hotel at 7:15 but only started the actual tour 3 hours later. Our tour guide, Valentin, spoke 2-3 words in English then a couple of sentences in Spanish. We could hardly understand what he meant. The whole tour was about waiting and trying to understand what he meant, what we could expect. We got back to the hotel at 9:30 pm, very tired. I gave two stars, because we actually saw Tulum and Coba, otherwise it would have been one star only.

The Tulum tour was great.... - The Tulum tour was great. We had a very knowledgeable and friendly English-speaking tour guide (not the one who came with us on the bus). He explained the history and culture very well, which made the visit enjoyable and informative. However, at Coba, the experience was disappointing. The guide who came with us on the bus did not join us for the site tour. Instead, he let us explore on our own, either by walking or cycling. I would have preferred to have a guide explaining the fascinating Mayan history, as I noticed other groups did have this. Lunch was good – nice food and a pleasant break in between the tours. Unfortunately, the tour did not include Playa del Carmen as advertised, which was quite disappointing and misleading. Advice to the tour organizers: please ensure that when guests request an English-speaking guide, they are provided with someone who can speak fluently and accompany the group throughout the entire tour, not just part of it. Overall, parts of the tour were excellent (especially Tulum), but there’s definitely room for improvement in organization and communication.

This company scammed us out of double payment - On going on the trip they told us there were charges outstanding. In good faith we paid, only to be told that the payment had failed. Payment was taken again, only for us to discover that they had taken both. A week later and they have not refunded us despite us asking repeatedly. Beware of this scam. If they make the refund then we will update this review

Beware of their outrageous composary fees... - Beware of outrageous composary fees that they made you pay on the spot which is almost doubled the fee you paid when booking the tour. When I told them that I'd need to contact viator about the tour, they threatened to kick me off in the middle of nowhere and that I'd need to find my own way back.

A RIP OFF SCAM TOUR COMPANY ! ! - Total SCAM. please DO NOT BOOK with this company. It’s a RIP OFF. Hidden fees and I paid $312 for 3 which others paid half for 3. After departing at 7am no lunch until 4:15pm. Waited for 90min without tickets to Tulum site. He never got tickets ahead. They purposely delayed lunch so we buy something at their affiliated restaurant and shopping store. Small Muffin costed $6 (USD). We were forced to taste a crappy , unhygienically served ice cream to use the restroom. So TASTE ICE CREAM OR PEE IN YOUR PANTS. They did not allow people to use RESTROOMS until we tasted the ice cream and returned the disposable spoons to them. No clue why they do with it. Perhaps reuse them. Returned back to hotel by 11pm when all restaurants closed. They stopped another affiliated place for dinner which I did not buy. Please DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY
