• Cancun - The estimated travel time from any of the cities to Chichen Itza is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours by car. Our vehicles are designed for comfort on longer journeys and are stable enough to reduce travel time to about 1 hour and 40 minutes to 2 hours each way. Please note that this travel time is EACH WAY. We aim to make the most of every minute by minimizing waiting times, and we offer movies and refreshments on board to make the trip more enjoyable.
• Chichen Itza - We depart early to avoid the crowds, allowing us to explore the site before it gets too warm. This timing also ensures that your photos will be free of people and have perfect lighting before the sun is fully up. This way, we can easily explore all the areas open to the public and visit both the restored and partially restored temples before heading to the cenote for a refreshing break.
• Cenote San Lorenzo Oxman - Similar to Chichen Itza, we have the advantage of arriving before most tours, so the water will be calm, allowing us to enjoy some peace and quiet. You can relax, float in the fresh water, and listen to the birds. As always, you have various options to choose from.
• Kaua - Based on our experience, the most preferred meal option is a traditional meal at a Mayan restaurant. This beautiful property is surrounded by a vibrant garden, and a Mayan family will host and prepare our meal in the most authentic and traditional way possible, offering a new set of flavors for your palate.
• Valladolid - After walking, swimming, and enjoying a meal, it might be a good idea to end the day with a quick stroll around Valladolid town. This is a great opportunity to buy souvenirs or simply enjoy an ice cream while sitting in the main square before heading back to the hotel.
