Early morning Chichen Itza tour: Cenote and Tequila Tasting - Yes it was worth the price and more Moto and Orlando were great, they were informative and very funny I would take a trip with them if possible they were the best.

Chichen Itza - Motto did the most amazing job guiding the group. He was knowledgeable and very funny. The whole experience made me feel like I now know everything about Cancun, Chichén Itzá, and every where else.
Orlando is a very experienced driver, he put safety first always. I felt very safe 🙏🏾

Great experience! - Tour guide Moto was excellent, very informative and helpful. Our driver Orlando was also excellent. Both were very punctual and made helpful in making sure we stayed safe.

Great experience - We had a group of 30 people. We had a great experience on our private tour from the moment we were picked up from our hotel to the time we were dropped off. Our tour guide was Victor Moto and the driver was Orlando. They were professional and prompt.

Amazing Experience! - The whole day was an amazing experience! Moto was the best tour guide ever— he was really fun, very knowledgeable, explained everything in a really interesting way, and had some awesome jokes that kept us laughing all day! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting an authentic and enjoyable Mexico experience.

Amazing day out exploring Chichen Itza, Cenote & Tequilla tasting - We went on this trip early in the morning and got picked up outside of our hotel, the coach was excellent and we had air conditioning and access to a toilet onboard. Our guide was called Caesar and he was excellent, very well educated, articulate in both Spanish and English and really made us feel welcome and included, he brought great vibes which reciprocated with everyone. He went into an insane level of detail at Chichen Itza and was really informative. After we went to the cenote and also had a buffet which was excellent and our final stop was in an authentic Mexican town where we had tequila tasting which was amazing. Overall had the best time would highly recommend

Fantastic day out! - Overall the tour was good. Obviously visiting Chichen Itza was the highlight and the tour whilst at the wonder was really informative and light hearted, shout out to Luis. Cesar on the bus kept us informed of what the itinerary included. The swimming at the Cenote was a welcome break from the heat and the buffet lunch after was very good. The trip was a long day, 13 hours in total but we knew this in advance. The only negative of the trip in our minds was the trip to the local village was very sales like, bordering on timeshare sales. Overall great value for money and highly recommended!

Loooong day. A couple unnecessary stops - This tour was an all-day experience with a lot of driving. Our guide, Hugo, was fantastic—very knowledgeable about the Mayans and passionate about sharing their history and culture. That part was truly a highlight. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the first and last stops felt unnecessary and didn’t add much to the day but more time taken. On top of that, the dinner buffet was pretty disappointing. Since we were only in Cancún for a few days, spending so much of our limited time on such a long trip that was only 50% necessary is a bummer. If those parts were improved, the overall experience would have been much better. The Cenote was absolutely beautiful

Never booking Viator trip again for this activity. - My hotel pickup was changed at the last minute and was also not dropped at my hotel as per booking. I would not have booked it if I knew before.
2. In the hot climate I asked the bus driver to open the bus so I could take my son who is special needs in the bus. Refused to open the bus.
3. Was allowed only one small bottle of water for the whole 12 hours trip. I find it unacceptable after paying top all inclusive price and being treated like this.
