Excellent experience - I loved the experience since you arrive at the place they offer you wonderful support and more if you bring minors , have excellent guides , you know the architecture and how capable the human being is in creating , always attentive that we all go well or if you need some support , if you understood something or if you have doubts they solve them , the transfer very comfortable , clean, beautiful.
I will definitely hire you again for my next vacation.

The best activity to get to know some Mayan culture - A very good experience lives the memory of a history of our race the architecture they developed without modern equipment and tools leaves many doubts in my person for so much beauty in its details.

It's just a 10/10 experience - It is an amazing experience, all the history surrounding Chichen Itza is just amazing, the cenotes and the pyramid are majestic, the tour overall was super good, it is an experience I would highly recommend not to miss, my friends and I had an excellent time.

Italians watch out not to buy this tour! - A scam! I bought a tour in Italian, but the guide in the bus leaving for the first attraction tells us that it is a tour exclusively in English and that he could not help it. A serious problem, since there was a lot of history on the tour. I immediately contacted the tour operator who did not dignify us with a reply and subsequently tripadvisor: we were answered by the Viator help center, which after confronting the tour operator informed us that the latter had no intention of issuing a refund. Is it correct to sell a product and then offer a different one? I would like to point out that Tripadvisor, or Viator whatever, has not protected us at all despite the screenshots and attachments sent by email to demonstrate our problem. I attach here the various evidence so that other Italians are not cheated.
