Great party, we want more!!! - My husband and I made our night escapade and spent the best party ever at Coco Bongo!!! There's nothing like it. A solid 10 for everything: The show, the staff, the service! We want more!!

It does blow Vegas Nightlife to Shame - We were recommended to check this place out. Wow, we were blown away. They start to let you in at 9 pm. The shows just keep going. I really like the Beetlejuice characters. The performers that dropped down from the ceiling were awesome as well. If you have an exhibitionist streak there are plenty of opportunities to be seen and shown on the main screen on the stage dancing away. You might think it is pricey but if you are there for 5 hours like we were all your drinks are covered and we definitely drank our admission fees worth. We will be making this a stop on every Cancun trip for sure. Too bad trip advisor does not have an option for videos because I made a ton of videos of this place of the performances.

Waste of time and money - I went to coco bongo with my partner last night, they sold us the “Gold class” tickets for $310 usd. Which as per the ticket description was supposed to secure a reserved seat in Gold Member area on the 2nd and 3rd level (excluding first rows). What the ticket description should also say is if it’s your first time like us and unless you know exactly when to line up and where to go you will most likely get really bad seats and unable to see half the show. Once the doors open it’s like a stampede absolute chaos trying to rush and find a seat which filled up very quickly. The staff were un-helpful and first directed us to a seats that had half the main stage obscured from the centre media box. Staff then directed us across the room to seats that had a massive building support column which blocked off the lower stage completely, which meant when ever the act was solely going on down there we just had to sit there unable to see anything at all (everyone directly behind us in the following rows had the same experience) When we complained to a very rude usher he smugly offered us some water as compensation. Key take aways: - Not worth the price. - Terribly organised. - Seating arrangements are terrible it’s a 50/50 gamble with your $310 usd per couple as to whether the show will be watchable. - Rude staff (prepare to be treated like another tourist gringo).

Worst tourism experience EVER! - We booked Gold Class tickets expecting a premium experience, but instead, I’m sitting here writing this review because I can’t see a single part of the show—there’s a pole blocking my entire view! Unless you’re happy to be the person pushing to be at the front of the line to secure a good seat, than don’t bother. An absolute waste of time and money. The tickets are ridiculously overpriced for what is honestly the most pathetic tourism experience I have ever encountered. We walked out 20 minutes into after spending USD500. I feel completely frustrated. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere!

ALCOHOL ADULTERATED IN COCOBONGO CARE - The truth very sad with the experience and in poor health, the show too mediocre , we did not get the places we bought , we got some disgusting hot dogs and the drinks were adulterated, watch what you drink in cocobongo the drink is of super bad quality , I had 3 tekilas and a rum and went in blackout , good thing my husband was with me , I fainted literally lost consciousness until the other day , the next day I woke up not knowing absolutely what happened and I always took.cpnvino my drinks with water but here even the water did not work, they say that the drinks are good quality and it is a lie , only cheap alcohol that insisted let you see what brand is , when I started to notice spots on my body and a terrible rash and it turns out that medical final and was intoxicated by ALCOHOL ADULTERATED.... BE VERY CAREFUL WITH COCOBONGO, YOU CAN YENER A SUIT, GOOD THING MY HUSBAND DIDN'T TOMP. BECAUSE HE HAD MEDICAL TREATMENT AND HE SAVED MY LIFE FROM TAKING ME OUT. From the nightclub and take me safely to the hotel.. we paid almost 400 euros for nothing and a super bad experience that happened when I entered that crash and didn't remember anything , they had to put serum clean my stomach hydrate me, I spent more than 6 hours in the hospital and the rashes that came out on my skin take more than 1 week and do not burn and itch much.... PEOPLE BE VERY CAREFUL THIS THIS PASSAGE IN VOCOBONGO CANCUN AND PAYA DEL CAMEN AS A FRIEND JUST HAPPENED THE SAME... AND IT'S THE ALCOHOL THEY GIVE YOU THERE, THEY'RE POISONING PEOPLE.

Awful… spiked - Omg the worst experience ever. The alcohol is very very watered down and 2 out of our party were spiked and really unwell after only having a couple of drinks in there. The show was mediocre

Rip-off - Rip-off. Far too little show. Mini table, way too far away from the stage, for way too much money. Food, a mini burger and oversalted fries, were inedible. The waiters came to the place far too rarely.

Absolutely fraudulent practices…. Beware!!!! - If I can give this place a negative star I would! The biggest rip off! I’ll be filing a report with my credit card as they are total frauds. We got three gold tickets. They were supposed to have a buffet which by the way it was only french fries and chicken wings! I paid almost $250 per ticket and this was ridiculous. Then they scammed me into pay $350 for a seat which by the way the gold ticket already had seats available. But the crooks at work there totally bamboozled us and confused us and they totally ripped me off! Do not go to this place! It’s a money pit so tacky and classless! you’re better off going to senior frogs and not paying so much of an entrance fee and have a better time! This place is totally fraudulent. Be careful!

Disappointing coco bongo night out. - Over rated night club. Interjected by some lack lustre dance routines. Looks like the dancers have done the routine that many times they dont need to put the effort in anymore. A waste of money
