5 Star Service - Excellent service. I mistakenly left my phone in the vehicle and Oscar was kind enough to deliver the phone to my resort the following day. My family was extremely pleased with the service received.

I used Unitravel’s... - I used Unitravel’s transportation service recently. The drivers were professional and the rides themselves were smooth and comfortable — no complaints there. However, the experience with their WhatsApp Assistant, Laura was disappointing. The representative I interacted with came across as rude and dismissive. Her tone lacked courtesy and made communication unpleasant. It left a negative impression that took away from what could have been a great overall service. I hope Unitravel works on improving their customer support attitude to match the quality of their drivers. When inquired about the time it took for the driver to arrive for pickup from airport, she communicated, “We can't arrive early and wait too long. You barely gave me any notice.” Her response was not empathetic at all.

The worst experience ever - We stayed at the airport for more than 2 hours our paid transportation never showed up. This was a terrible way to start a vacation. When we called about not even Viator could get in contact with them . We had to catch a cab which was 70 us dollars one way. This was absolutely the worst sinario that could have happened.

Rude driver and NO working AC - not as advertised - My family booked a private transfer with UnitTravel through Viator, the description says you’ll be picked up in an Air Conditioned vehicle. When we arrived at the airport the driver was late, we walked around for 20-30 mins looking for him. We finally found him and he was rude, unapologetic and lied saying he was standing there the whole time. We get to the van (driver offers no baggage assistance) - it’s a large white van with 3 rows of seats - only the front seats air conditioning vents work and it is uncomfortably hot. I requested a different driver and car for our return, the company sent the same rude driver and van without working AC. When I complained about the AC not working the driver replied “the ones in the front do”. I do not recommend and next time I’ll just take an uber for half the price.

Confused / disappointed - I’m keep it professional and polite I don’t know maybe they are a growing company that have taking. Bigger piece of pie they can’t handle price was cool paid for private got a joint ride which was cool no sweat couple was polite I got dropped first tip the guy maybe confusion came with my delay on check out trying communicate with car service and hotel watching delays maybe they got pissed after they canceled my flight forcing me into a 615am the next day leave from hotel I just don’t and I have visited Mexico- playa del Carmen / Cancun side every year never seen this happen where they forgot get most important person the hotel guests forcing me into a cab and confused telling me I need or I’ll be there 20 mins. No you wait 20 mins 615 is 615 not wait for you timeline is a timeline. I’ll just pay for the service at hotel I choose never has that happened. I’m wait for them say something smart in the response. It started from drop off so let’s see what they say .
