• Moraine Lake - Upon exiting the vehicle, you’ll be greeted with a warm beverage and a thoughtfully prepared bag containing a headlamp, blanket, and sit pad, ensuring your comfort as you settle in to witness the first light over the lake. Once everyone is ready, your guide will lead you to the Rockpile, offering local insights into the best spots for photography or simply to admire the stunning scenery. Wrapped in your blanket, with the crisp morning air around you, you’ll experience the magic of the moment as the tranquil beauty of the lake unfolds before you. You’ll have 2 hours of free time to explore, relax, or take photos at your leisure. Feel free to leave your belongings securely in the vehicle—your driver will be there, waiting at the van, ready to continue the next chapter of your adventure when it’s time to move on.
• Banff - Following your visit to Moraine Lake, your guide will drive you back to Banff, sharing personalized recommendations for the best activities, unforgettable experiences, and hidden gems in the surrounding National Parks. Whether you’re seeking an adrenaline-filled adventure or a peaceful place to relax, your guide will provide suggestions to help you make the most of your time in this stunning region. As the day concludes, you’ll be safely returned to your original pickup location, equipped with all the insights you need to continue your journey, ready to embrace whatever comes next with ease and excitement.

• Minimum Age: 6 years. For safety and comfort, we cannot accommodate children under 6.
• You will receive your specific pickup time by email at least 2–3 days prior to your tour date. Please make sure to check for this email, as your pickup time will depend on your selected location.
• Our tours proceed rain, shine, or snow (yes, even in the summer!). However, in extreme weather conditions, we prioritize your safety and comfort—so we’ll either reschedule your tour or offer a refund.
• Watching the sunrise at Moraine Lake is chilly! Dress in layers to stay warm and ready for unpredictable mountain weather.
• All adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18.
• No-shows, missed departures, or unused services are non-refundable.
• We require at least 4 guests for the tour to proceed. If we don’t reach this minimum number, we will offer you options to reschedule or receive a full refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
