Products are displayed on bamboo poles, known locally as Bẹo, making it easy for tourists and locals to identify what each boat is selling.

The market opens at 3:30 AM, with peak activity occurring between 5 AM and 6 AM, when 350 to 400 boats are bustling with tourists, locals, and vendors.
