Fantastic and authentic Sicilian Cookery experience - We had a wonderful evening pizza making with Graziella. If you’re looking for an authentic Sicilian cooking class for pizza, pasta, fish or desserts then look no further. Graziella was such a fantastic host, and welcomed us into her kitchen. Loved it. We learned so much and will be sure to try her recipes once home.

Family Fun with Graziella! - We had a wonderful evening cooking with Graziella and learning how to make homemade pasta with our teens. We started the evening making Tiramisu with ricotta cheese, just like Graziella's grandmother made. As dessert was chilling, we made the dough and hand-rolled cavatelli. Then, she taught us how to make a simple, fresh tomato sauce for the pasta. Then we made eggplant parmigiana. During the cooking process, we were offered wine, appetizers, and great conversation. Finally, the true test came, and we finally tasted the food. It was terrific. I never thought my family could make such a wonderful meal together. There wasn't a crumb left behind. We will always cherish this memory. Cooking in each country we travel to is our favorite experience. During these experiences, we learned so much about the culture and country from our host, and Graziella did not disappoint. Graziella's studio had an amazing view and was very comfortable. In addition to the cooking class, Graziella helped us arrange transportation to and from our hotel in Cefalu.

Truly wonderful evening with Graziella! - Graciela provided us with a wonderful evening of delicious food and hospitality. She explained each dish thoroughly and even let us help her prepare our dessert! The view of the sea from her home was beautiful! Passion for Sicilian cuisine - Unrecommended experience. Graziella puts passion and enthusiasm into this activity and has given us a great love for typical Sicilian cuisine. We are Sicilians and we were able to learn so much during the three hours spent together. We had a wonderful afternoon. We will definitely come back with some new recipes. Family cooking class in Italy - It was the first time for my girls to go to italy, what a better way to take them to a cooking class. I loved how graziella texted me first to confirm & any questions I had she would respond right away. We were greeted with a beautiful set up and just her passion for what was to come was nothing short of amazing. Everything was explained in detail and any help the girls needed she wouldn’t hesitate. She surprised my girls with red flour to make roses in ravioli. How awesome is that. From the wine, appetizer's and delicious food, Graziella and her cooking class was spectacular! We miss her already and she was such a humble lady! Until we meet again! Salute 🥂

Highly recommended for families! - I booked this experience as a family gift for my family and my sisters. It was everything I had hoped for and more.
