Zodiac tour July 6 - Stunning day on the water (July 6) with Zoe guiding us on the full day Zodiac whale watching tour. She was friendly, knowledgeable of the area and wildlife and expertly manoeuvred the zodiac so we could see orcas, humpbacks, dolphins, sea lions and seals. We covered a huge area with the zodiac and it was such a fun ride. Top marks to the caterer - best packed vegetarian lunch I’ve ever had on a tourist experience. It included a wrap, two kinds of cookies, granola bar, (all homemade) and dried fruit. Highly recommend this tour company. This is the third time I’ve been out with them!

Lunch with the NRKW! - Looking for a tour company that leads with their values and puts words into actions that help protect this beautiful place we call home? Call these folks. From booking to check in, to the tour itself with our fabulous Captain Zoe was awesome. Not often do you get to have lunch on the water in the company of the Northern Resident Killer Whales! Thanks for making sure we didn’t miss this extraordinary experience, Zoe!!!

Excellent experience - I took part at the 4 days and 5 nights bald eagle feeding frenzy photography workshop with Liron Gertsman and it was great. The boat rides were smooth and safe, the boat captains were very helpful to get the boat in the perfect positons that we needed and the photography instruction by Liron Gertsman was superb. The food was good too. All together a 100 % recommendation. You can not go wrong there!

An amazing day out on the water! - We had an amazing trip around the islands off of Campbell River. Our guide Zoe was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She did an amazing job finding us whales, sea lions, dolphins and more! The boat was comfortable and even had a washroom on board. Very impressed with how professional the whole process was. I would strongly recommend booking with this company if you want to have an amazing west coast wildlife experience!

Orca focused tour did not disappoint!! - We did our Orca Focused 7-8 Hour Zodiac Tour on September 11th. Each tour is different as they go to where the whales are reported to be spotted. First orca we saw was the famous Chainsaw and it was such a treat!!! He was with 2 other females. We watched him for awhile then got notice of another pod and went on our way to find them. On route we came across a group of humpbacks! We hung around and ate our lunch on board because everybody wanted to be on the water as much as possible. Lunch was provided and delicious. We continued on and found a pod of 4 cruising along the shores so we watched them for awhile then 2 big brothers came and gave us a magical show. It was our first whale watching experience and we understand that it's the luck of the draw to see them as nature will do what it wants so boy did we get lucky!! Nova was a great guide - very knowledgeable, full of energy and information. Would def recommend Campbell River Whale Watching!!

A great day on Vancouver Island - We had a great day in the waters around Campbell River in sunny weather. The trip alone on the "rapids" created by the tides and the incredible backdrop of the coastal regions was a special experience in itself. Our experienced and very friendly captain guided us safely and at speed and tracked down all the interesting animals, from sea lions, seals, dolphins, bald eagles to bears and several humpback whales. And the midday lunch at a beautifully situated lodge rounded off the day. We can only warmly recommend the trip. A great last day on Vancouver Island.

Fantastic tour with sightings of orca, humpbacks and dolphins - The tour was amazing - highly experienced skipper who provided interesting commentary throughout the tour. We saw orca, humpbacks, dolphins, eagles, sea lions, seals and more. The lunch stop was really nice, and the tour was a good size. Would highly recommend this tour to others looking for a whale watching experience. And great to hear about the company's sustainability credentials.

Our Guide the most excellent Bec, made sure we had a spectacular experience - We, 3 Adults and a 7 year old Great Nephew from New Zealand were treated with kindness and patience as the 7 year old was bursting with excitement and questions. All of his questions were answered respectfully and we all learned a lot from Becs answers The most thrilling part was when 1 of the 5 Humpbacks we saw breached a short distance from our Zodiak as we were on route to catch up with 3 Humpbacks. Bec allowed extra time to watch this welcome diversion. The waters all around us were super calm making for a wonderful experience for everyone on board.

Whale watching day, zodiac - Enjoyable day out. The waterproof outfits provided were great, especially due to the wind and drizzle. Saw 3 hunchback whales, pod of about 10 orca, stellar sea lions, harbour seals, harbour porpoises and on way back great views of a black bear hunting crabs on the shoreline. Great veggie lunch provided for us and a welcome hot chocolate on return.
