• Punta Chiappa - The boat’s first stop is Porto Pidocchio in Punta Chiappa. Here, there is a one-hour pause to listen to the guide’s insights about the Tonnarella, enhanced with photographic materials. Afterwards, the journey resumes with a 15-minute boat ride to San Fruttuoso, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Portofino Marine Protected Area.
• Baia Di San Fruttuoso - Upon arrival in San Fruttuoso, a charming seaside village within the Portofino Marine Protected Area, accessible only by boat or foot, a 10-minute walk through the Mediterranean scrub leads to the shed where Tonnarella nets were crafted. The guide explains the materials and process used. The excursion concludes with a boat return to Camogli. For those interested, the ticket includes the option to stay in San Fruttuoso for a swim in the clear waters or to dine at a beachfront restaurant, with the flexibility to return on any boat service to Camogli.

The Tonnarella di Camogli, situated in the Portofino Marine Protected Area, was the last operational one in the Mediterranean and stopped its activities two years ago.
