Not bad but improvements would make it better - Trip of about 45 min. As usual in a caravan (camels in a row). But scenery is not so great for a real experience: they walk just outside Sousse in a area where a lot of houses are build so lot of construction to be seen instead of sand 🤪. Also it is just the ride with a short stop at the end before you get back in the transfer. They could make more out of this experience. For example; in Egypt you can do it, they dress you, stop halfway for a tea and are in a more dessert like surrounding.

Camel calamity!!! - Not very good, not worth your time, the guides were more irritated then the camels(and they all had the hump) and was led around a building site that didn’t have any skips!!! Rubbish everywhere…..!! Head guide was swearing at my camel(shakira) in English and told my with to get off because she was fat….!!! Only saving grace, only lasted an hour…..

Would not do again if you paid me! - Not what we expected. A walk around a building site with rubbish strewn everywhere and uninterested locals leading the camels. Far too many people so 2 per camel, very uncomfortable and I was taken off half way through and put in a ratty old horse drawn cart as were others as the camels couldn’t move fast under the weight they carried. We were promised a bread making experience half way through but no this didn’t happen, got to the end and was given ready made bread and then walked back to a mini van. The whole experience lasted no longer than one and a half hours.

An hour of my life I will never get back. - Worst experience and money spent to visit a building site. A camel ride led by an old horse and cart. Not stop off for a bread making demonstration and no petting farm. Not 2 hours as advertised and pick up was late. Only stop we had was when I was told to get off my camel as the saddle/seat was loose and they needed to tighten it, at which point an elderly man on a motorcycle appeared trying to sell bracelets. No safety apart from a metal bar to grip ‘very tightly’ to. Air conditioned transport was a small, dirty and smelly mini bus. No chat from driver or guides except when the wanted tips from you at the end.
