Couldn’t ask for more - The tour was amazing from the moment it started. Time quickly flew by and before I knew it, 4 hours had passed since I went to Kings College and also punting. Lindsay our guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all our questions!

Pricey-see on your own and do punting separately. - Very pricey walking tour. ($550 for 7 of us). The total group was too large (16 people) so it was hard to hear and provided no access beyond what you can walk and see on your own. Punting was the best part of the ticket with a very personable and informative guide. My recommendation is to download a walking tour map, buy Kings College Chapel tickets from shop across the street, walk up to dock by Queens College dock and buy your punting tickets there.

Definitely recommend! - Only having 1 full day in Cambridge, having this tour really helped us fulfilled our goals in exploring. The tour was really fun and interesting with Annie. It is definitely better to go in the morning at 11am when it is the full tour because the sun sets at around 3-4pm during this time of the year. Annie told us a lot of interesting facts and history of the university and overall I will definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Excellent bundle of walking and punting tour - Excellent package of walking and punting tours. Our walking tour guide had a medical emergency and Francesco sped over on his bicycle to take over. After this little hiccup, we had a great time. Francesco gave a well paced and interesting tour introducing the various colleges and other significant spots. He made it fun for all despite the diverse backgrounds and ages. We added the optional visit into the Kings College grounds and chapel, and recommend it - the chapel is beautiful. Alex was our punting guide and he managed to guide our boat and deliver a clear and engaging tour at the same time, very impressed. Appreciated the blanket and hot water bottle!

A great informative education. - Leese was our guide for the tour. She was knowledgeable and personable. Was able to give us a broad history of the city and added specific details of the highlighted spots we visited. Also amused us with ghost stories and a few pub recommendations.

Exploitation of alumni! - We loved every second of the tour and our walking tour guide, Lise, was exceptional. We were however appalled to find her only income for her informative 90 minute talk was from gratuities! We felt this was exploitation at its worst.

Take the walk, skip the punting - Megan was informative, pleasant and historically accurate. We enjoyed the walking tour despite the inclement weather. The punting add-on does not contribute much - can be a pleasant ride but you see and learn nothing new. I would recommend visiting a Museum or shopping instead.
