From Monday through Saturday, we’ll stop here to grab our lunch to go! On Sundays, we’ll head to Lake Louise Village instead.

Spend time walking along the shoreline, embark on a self-guided hike on one of the suggested trails, rent ice skates in winter, or take a horse sled ride if you’re up for it. The choice is yours at this spectacular location.

- Icefields Parkway - One of North America’s most scenic drives, featuring glaciers, mountains, lakes, and wildlife during the summer months. It’s a place that feels like a movie set, offering a sense of gratitude for being there.
- Peyto Lake Upper Viewpoint - Peyto Lake Lookout provides an incredible view from above! These sights of the lake and valley below are magazine-worthy.
It’s a short hike in winter and a pleasant walk in summer to reach the newly renovated lookout.
Bring your phone or camera chargers; you won’t want to run out of battery here.
- Bow Lake - A crowd-pleaser in all seasons: fall, winter, summer, and spring.
This is not a quick stop tour; you’ll have time to absorb the views of the surrounding glaciers, the distant waterfall, and more.
Dress warmly in winter and bring shorts in summer if you dare to dip your feet in the water.
- Crowfoot Glacier - We’ll see many glaciers along the Parkway. In winter, we’ll drive by Crowfoot Glacier as the parking lot is unplowed and snow-covered. We will stop during the summer months.
- Banff Avenue - Downtown Banff on the famous Banff Avenue, the city’s heart, offers shopping or a quick bite before returning to Calgary.
You’ll have ample time to explore downtown, visit museums, cross a bridge or two, or even canoe in the summer. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll make it happen for you.
