very good trip down the river. - Good experience . Guide picked me up at my hotel and dropped us directly in front of boarding area. We did arrive a little early so we waited in a large and comfortable waiting area. My guide got me on board among the first few passengers. The ship was in good condition and decorated quite well. The ship was filled mostly with passengers from the Arab world. The buffet had plenty of food. Some generic foods like rice, steamed vegetables, grilled chicken, grilled fish. Also carved beef and some traditional Egyptian dishes. Something for Everybody. Several entertainers performed. Singer, Jazz guitar, Electric Violin (screeching low point) , Saxophone player, Drummer, Then a very good Belly Dancer. Next the twirling, whirling folk dancer, and lastly an encore set by the Belly Dancer. The dining area was enclosed with large windows. The top deck was covered, but open on the sides for river viewing and also smoking area. Beverages were additional from bottled water to wine, beer. cocktails, juice, tea etc. Plan to tip the waiter and washroom attendant.

Very good experience - Very nice food sweets and performance. One star less because viator didn't inform us about that there will be no belly dancer. Maryam our guide so sweet.

Ffirst night in Cairo - Transfer to cruise was on time and friendly, Food was ok, Boat was ok, couldn't stay outside due to amount of people smoking - perhaps a smoke free area (?). There was a constant stream of entertainment but every 2nd act seemed to be belly dancing which initially was great but as the night went on it seemed to be catering more to the males in the audience which was not enjoyable. The male skirt twirler dancer was amazing. It was way too crowded - we felt like sardines.

OK if you have time and money to waste - he tour guide arrived at the hotel 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure and is reasonably responsive via the Viator app and WhatsApp. The cruiser is well-maintained. The tour begins at around 7:15 PM, taking a circular route in a small area of the river, with a 15-minute pause in the center. The total duration of the tour is 1.5 hours, and food service starts at approximately 6:30 PM. The food selection is adequate, and the taste is acceptable. However, the entertainment is somewhat disappointing given the price, and the drinks are excessively priced, with a mandatory 26% tax and tips added for cash payments. The limited movement on the river makes this tour feel monotonous and a poor investment.
