Day 1: Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to Egypt

Cairo - Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will greet and assist you with the arrival procedures. You will then be escorted to your hotel in Cairo in a deluxe air-conditioned vehicle. At the hotel, your tour manager will help you with a smooth check-in and go over your vacation itinerary to confirm pick-up times for each tour.

Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing

Pyramids of Giza - After breakfast, your personal guide will accompany you to the Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the famous Sphinx and Valley Temple.

Egyptian Museum - Next, head to the Egyptian Museum. After marveling at the magnificent ancient Egyptian artifacts and treasures, you will be driven to Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s oldest bazaar, if time permits. Then, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 3: Fly from Cairo to Luxor - Valley of the Kings Tour

Valley of the Kings - After breakfast, check out from the hotel in the morning and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be taken to your hotel to check in. You will then visit the Royal Cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings.

Temple of Hatshepsut - Next, visit the mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built by the architects of the New Kingdom during the 15th century BC. Continue to the Colossi of Memnon. You will then transfer to your hotel in Luxor for an overnight stay. An optional trip to a sound & light show at Karnak Temples is available. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 4: Luxor Sightseeing and Flight to Cairo

Karnak Open Air Museum - After breakfast, explore the towering Karnak Temple, the largest ancient religious complex in Egypt. It was built during the reign of Senusret I (1971–1926 BCE) in the Middle Kingdom (c. 2000–1700 BCE) and continued into the Ptolemaic Kingdom (305–30 BCE).

Luxor Temple - The famed Luxor Temple was constructed around 1400 BCE by King Amenhotep III, King Ramses II, and King Tutankhamun. After visiting the temples, you will be driven to Luxor airport for your flight to Cairo, where you will be met and assisted at the airport and taken to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 5: Cairo - Fly Back Home

Cairo - Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, after which you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your departure.

Spend five days exploring the attractions of Cairo and Luxor. On private guided tours, you will start your trip in Cairo. This is where you visit the iconic Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. After that, you will tour the Egyptian Museum, ending with a shopping trip at Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Then, head south to Egypt and tour the city of Luxor. In Luxor, you will discover the wonders of the ancient Egyptian civilization and get to see the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the Valley of the Kings, Karnak, and Luxor Temples.
