Interesting trip - This tour was interesting and beautiful. Ro was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour included numerous stops and generous snacks and lunch. There’s so much to see and learn about in the rainforest. On the downside, the bus was not very comfortable and construction delays were frustrating.

Magical Daintree - Lovely day trip to the rainforest and Cape Tribulation. Nice river cruise trying to see crocodiles. A long day but well worth doing at least once.

A Great Day Out! - The guide Andy was knowledgeable, the area is stunning. Even all the roadworks couldn’t detract from a great day. The Daintree River boat guide did everything to find a crocodile, which he did. The boardwalk tour was excellent. The lunch under the trees was very good. We even got to see a Cassowary by the road. The stop for an afternoon ice cream treat was a fitting end to the day.

Recommended - Other reviews capture the tour well but this tour was indeed fantastic. A long, but definitely not boring, day that was spent exploring river ways, board works and eating well! Graeme was an incredible guide who had vast knowledge in everything! A caring and informative guide who kept the long bus ride from Cairns interesting. G helped us to spot both baby and adult crocs, insects and a Cassowary and made an effort to point out the best bathroom stops along the way. Billy Tea overall were well organized and well respected by the Daintree community. I would highly recommend this tour to both tourists locally and from overseas who have an interest in learning about our beautiful Australian flora and fauna!
Thanks again G!

Daintree Forest experience - We travelled as a family with a 5 and 9 year old child. The tour was well organised, with spectacular views along the coast and a very informative, engaging and funny tour guide (Graeme - G). Spotted a few crocs along the river cruise Lunch was good with a bonus swim in the clear rainforest water. Walking within the Daintree Forest was great and informative. Highly recommend this tour and company.

Thoroughly Enjoyable Dive Into Daintree and Rainforest - Must Do in Cairns! - It is a full day, filled with amazing views and experiences. The river search for crocs was an unparalleled viewing! The rainforest boardwalk insane! Can’t think of a better set up and our tour guide James was a wealth of local and Australian knowledge. Bravo!

Rainforest Adventure - First off our driver Dave was fantastic - didn’t know 1 person could have so much knowledge made the trip. Such a full day Mossman Gorge hike was great as were the stories about the locals and the history of the land. The trip up to Cape Tribulation was a bit oversold by the reviews. It’s nice but not worth the significant additional time to walk on a beach for 15 minutes. Dave was great showing us other remote areas we didn’t know we would see, including a rainforest area with amazing Fan Trees. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Lots of sitting, informative tour - Overall this was a “good” experience. Learned some new facts about the Daintree rainforest and the guides helped to spot some cool animals like fruit bats, baby crocodiles, fish and spiders.
I personally found this tour much too sedentary as most of the time we spent in the vehicle. It’s also tough right now because there is a lot of stopping and traffic along the road to Daintree from previous mudslides.
If you like paved walkways, a leisurely timed tour, sitting in a bus, this is the tour for you. Definitely family friendly, especially for those with toddlers and for other ages.
Coffee spot was after about 1h 40min of driving in the forest right before getting on the boat for the river cruise, unremarkable. I thought we were going to stop at a local cafe in Cairns.
Lunch was fine and had approximately 15-20 mins before to go in a small swimming hole.
Ice cream spot was also fine. Everything is fruit flavored and pre-scooped so there are no choices, it is what it is.
Got to spend about 15 mins on the beach walking before having to leave.
Tour ended up being 0700-1730.
