Billy Tea Safari of the Daintree - An outstanding tour due mainly to the professionalism of the tour guide Graham. I have been on many tours all round the world and i consider Graham's work 'A' class.

A incredible day in the Rainforest - Fabulous trip, the river cruise was lovely and Craig the river cruise guide was very informative and managed to spot several crocodiles and snakes which he made sure everyone got a chance to see. Gav, our tour guide for the day, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and he shared a lot of facts about the beautiful rainforest. Cape Tribulation beach was beautiful and to top the day off Molly the Cassowary went for a stroll through the rainforest with us!

Fantastic day and stunning views - A super day out with a great guide! The whole day was packed with great information about the regions history. The lunch in the rainforest was superb quality and in a great setting. The river cruise was also a nice experience seeing crocs and snakes! The rain forest and cape tribulation walks had breathtaking views and we cannot recommend this highly enough! Thanks to Ro! Our guide for the day

Journey into the world of plants and animals with great leadership commitment - Cool group with great guide. He made us aware of plants and animals with an incredible eye. We learned a lot about the country and people. Unfortunately, his English was spoken so quickly and with accent that I did not understand every detail. My mother tongue is German. But I can highly recommend the operator to anyone interested. I have already informed the booking company accordingly in Switzerland.

Stunning nature of Daintree rainforest - Our guide was Andrew. He prepared an amazing tour for us and showed us the beauty of Daintree. We took a river cruise on Daintree river and saw some crocodiles sunbathing. We enjoyed a peaceful lunch and a refreshing swim in a Emmagen creek. We saw a lot of pure nature, that left us in awe. The ice cream from tropic fruits at the end of the tour was really delicious. The Cape Tribulation Beach was really wide and worth seeing. Sending love from Slovenia.

Amazing Day in the Daintree! - Had a fantastic day trip with Billy Tea Safari's! Our ride was clean, comfortable, and the entire day well organized and timed out. We loved our guide Daniel with his quiet sense of humor and wealth of information about the local area, flora and fauna. He offered to take our picture at many of the spots that we visited and gave us a bonus stop on the way back just to stretch and look out over the water. We saw crocodiles, tree snakes, various birds, lizards, orb spiders, fruit bats, mud crabs and best of all a cassowary. Plenty of time for a nice lunch in a cozy rainforest setting. I was worried about the long day and time spent in the vehicle but we had plenty of stops along the way and back which made the drive and entire day go fast! And yes, the ice cream was delicious. Thank you Daniel and Billy Tea Safari's for this memorable outing!

Tough Review.. - Our full day tour to the Daintree and Cape Tribulation had its ups and downs. The pros: our guide Rowen was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job showing us around. The rainforest walk was wonderful, Cake Tribulation beach was wonderful and the Daintree river cruise was also great! We saw a number of crocodiles and snakes! The cons: it’s a damn long day of driving! The vehicles aren’t very comfortable as the design causes the back to bounce at every little bump. We were feeling quite queasy by the first stop and still had hours of driving to go! Was the worst driving tour in terms of comfort I think I’ve ever been on. Working it out there is more driving in this tour than there is actual time spent at the locations. Everything is quite rushed to be able to get through it all and back to Cairns at a reasonable time. This really isn’t a Billy Tea Safaris issue but more logistics. If wanting to see the Daintree and Cape Trib again I think next time I would be staying closer such as Port Douglas or in the Daintree because all that driving and the vehicle itself is rough.

Unrespectful guide - Very disappointed. We did the daytrip to Daintree forest. Would reccomend the activity but not the guide or the company. He would be rushing us during the whole day, asking us to eat the icecream on the bus so that we could arrive earlier in town (even before the established return time). In addition he (G.) was less than sensitive to non-native english speakers, talking very fast and with strong accent. On top of that, when we asked a couple of times about his explanations, to double check times and info he was giving, we got rude answers like ‘if you were listenting’…. making us feel very uncomfortable. Thanks god the landscape was amazing because he almost ruined our day.

Not worth it - This tour did not stop at Alexandra lookout, although it was included in their itinerary. About 2h were spent in between lunch and ice cream. The time for Cape Tribulation was 20 minutes. A real joke, not worth it at all.
