Fantastic Customer Service - While the island visit was disappointing due to weather issues. I have to give the company that organised the trip 5 out of 5. They were very accomodating when we had to change booking dates, and in person they were very friendly and extremely helpful. If we ever attempt to visit Fitzroy Island I’ll be more than happy to book with them.

10/10 day trip - Amazing trip would definitely recommend. A lovely 45 min smooth boat ride across to the most stunning island! We also added on the glass bottom boat tour and it’s a must! We had the amazing Dee take us out and she was incredible! So fun, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The best experience.

Giving 4 stars mainly... - Giving 4 stars mainly because the departure time was not specified in the listing. And neither in the ticket auto-sent upon confirmation of payment. So I was assuming (wrongly) it's around 5pm-ish same as the Fitzroy Flyer. But turned out it's 4pm, and so I lost an hour of island time. Only learned about it on the day and it wasn't a pleasant surprise. Also did not get the boarding pass in time. They explained that's because I booked via Viator, which doesn't provide email to them. But I haven't had that problem with other bookings, where operators reached out in advance if they needed a confirmation or email. To be absolutely fair, they did attempt to call me, but it was already on the day, after I sailed away and was out of reception. But very nice people in the office, and on the whole the experience was smooth, my name was on the list so I didn't miss out. Everything else positive - boat was nice, clean and comfortable, sitting "on the roof" is fun (especially when the sea is rough!), crew professional and attentive. And the island itself, very nice! Only thing (not related to this operator but rather to the island), the mountain climb is very steep and exhausting, especially the last part of it, so if you are only visiting for a day, and are a so-so climber, don't waste time. Snorkeling is far better, great variety of fish straight from the shore.

all good. - Fishes and boats and all that blue stuff, yeah nah yeah, nah yeah, reckon it was alright, might even be worth it, who knows. I’ll chuck it a good one. So, what you gonna do, mate. I kinda liked it, missus was happy, kids were laughing, and we had a bit of a laugh too. Sweet as, all good.

Great day on Fitzroy Island - The boat was full & we had a pleasant if a bit rough ride to Fitzroy Island. The staff on the boat were great got us all fitted with our snorkeling gear very quickly. Fitzroy Island was lovey we did the walk to the Lighthouse which is pretty strenuous but worth the walk. We snorkeled at Nudey Beach but it was too rough so we ventured to the beach near the wharf which was much better. The day was overcast so the water was murky but we did see plenty of coral & beautiful coloured fish. People need to know that you cant walk into the water along the beach at the front of the Resort its all live coral & the fine is $45,000 if caught. Enjoy the island its worth the visit.

Not what I expected - Only did a half tour and was glad I didn't do the whole day. For some reason it was difficult to find the correct wharf seeing the office never seemed to be open. Went on Glass Bottom Boat and didn't see much maybe 4 or 5 fish and that was it. General store and a Restaurant there as well as toilets.

Amazing island, but very bad service - The island is stunning, but the tour is a scam. I booked the 10:45 ferry, thinking we would return in the late afternoon since no return time was listed. When I showed up for check-in, I was told that my tour was a half-day — something that was not mentioned during the booking — and that the return ferry was at 2 PM. On top of that, the ferry departed late, and I arrived there almost at 12. In short, I spent 108 dollars to stay there barely 2 hours. Beautiful island, but it’s not worth it for such a short time considering what I paid. Terrible! Please be more clear with the information on your website.

Bad time - Boat broke down and the had 100s of school kids on board. Awful. Took over an hour to get back, no water or anything offered.
