If the pickup is at the airport, the name of the airline and flight number must be provided. Our Meet & Greet service allows for flight tracking and adjustment of the pick-up time if necessary. Furthermore, after the flight lands, our driver will wait for 60 minutes to ensure ample time for clearing security, collecting luggage, and proceeding to the arrivals area to meet the driver.

In case of flight changes or cancellations, it is crucial to inform us of the new arrival time so we can be present upon arrival. If the flight’s arrival date and time change, it is the traveler’s responsibility to update us with this new information, including the flight number and arrival time.

On the day of travel, our driver will be at the airport holding a sign with the group’s name, facilitating an easy meeting to transport you directly to your hotel. Our driver will have all the necessary details of your transfer.

Regarding departure and return details, travelers are picked up at the airport in Liberia, Guanacaste, and transported to the destination hotel. For the return journey, the group is collected from the hotel and taken to Juan Santa María airport 6 hours before the scheduled flight time, as the journey takes approximately 4 hours, plus the 2 hours required at the airport before the flight.
