This excursion merges the highlights of the flamingo exploration and the city journey. The journey, which commences at Cagliari’s Marina, directs you to the Molentargius Natural Park, an urban-based green sanctuary that houses the flamingos. Our route encompasses the freshly established biking trail transversing into the park which accommodates a diverse range of exquisite flora and fauna, including the captivating pink flamingos. Upon exploring the Park, we’ll navigate into the Cagliari Old Town. Our destination is the Public garden, where we’ll marvel at two splendid 200-year-old Ficus trees. Following this, we venture into the historical heart of the city, the Castello district, set on a rounded hilltop. Here, ancient structures, fortifications, olden walls, and Pisan Towers stand in a row, leading us to the Roman Amphitheatre.
