Cabel Beach camel ride - The wife had wanted to do this for some time and it didn't disappoint. Tour operators were great. The view ans sounds of the ocean as you rode along were an added bonus.

An excellent classic cable beach experience - From registration, to safety briefing to mounting the camels and moving off onto the beach, the tour was excellent. Alison and her staff are very invested in their customers and the camels. We're an older couple and thought the ride was excellent

Dreadful organisational failure - None as the 3.30 pm failed to start on time Other guests kept arriving late and the camel train started loading about 3.55pm when I realised I would then be late getting onto a shuttle bus to return to the Queen Elizabeth at 5pm I therefore had no option than not do the very thing I’d dreamt about for decades. I was offered no compensation and left extremely disappointed that the tour failed to be punctual on time. With regret

Terrible People Skills - Unfortunately it was very unorganised and resulted in Alison making quite loud comments about people's weight when assigning seats. Seemed redundant to make assumptions about weight when we were asked to provide it during the time of booking, and reminded about the weight limit when signing the waiver. I would recommend being more tactful when having to reorganise seating and continuing to place people based on your assumptions instead of then asking a group who we thought was the heaviest.

Failed - Cancelled by operators three hours before scheduled time. Rang to say insurance had not come through. Interesting i had read the same problem had occurred previously in other feedback
