Very poor customer service - The driver/guide didn’t come to collect me from my hotel as arranged. Even though the tour was paid for prior to the day there was no notice or advice to say the tour was cancelled. I waited in the hotel lobby for an hour and a half, half an hour before the arranged collection time and another hour after, just in case the driver was delayed due to traffic. I have requested a full refund as the tour didn’t go ahead through no fault of my own. I am traveling solo but did pay double as the booking was for a 2 person minimum.

Tour company never showed up :-( - Do not waste your time with this tour company. They didn’t show up at all, and never got even so much as an email from them. Luckily we had an extra day in Asuncion, so we booked a similar trip with a more reliable company through the hotel.

Did not come, not reachable anymore - Did not come! No message why not!!! All given numbers were not valid anymore. Neither Viator, nor my hotel or me could reach them.....now hope to get money back from Viator

Not reliable - Tour company did not show up, this is the second day. The first day the same no show did call. It ruin our schedule & the trip. I’m working with Viator to have a refund and they are slow. Viator should protect there customers. We Bad experience.

Not as advertised - To say this tour was disappointing is an understatement It started at hour late We weren’t back in our hotel until 6:30pm (the guide had already left us - with the driver who spoke no English) All day it was obvious neither the guide or driver were confident of the tour not to mention the route! Relying on google maps for majority of the day We saw churches we ‘passed by’ villages rather than visiting them We saw jewellery in a shop window! Not worth the time or the money! Disappointed!
