The goal is to assist both locals and visitors in discovering more about the natural environment of the Comox Valley and its surroundings, including the flora, fauna, and overall ecosystem.

Engaging with nature and taking a deep breath of fresh air provides immediate and long-lasting health benefits.

Participants will learn to identify plants through practice and note-taking if they wish. They will receive a PDF guide highlighting key plant and tree species in the area, which they can use for note-taking and future reference. This guide can be printed at no cost, purchased as a high-quality booklet for $10, or accessed through the company’s reusable resources for free.
