Fantastic Tour of Giants Causeway and Titanic Museum - Both our driver and tour guide were amazing (Brian and Connor). They were very informative, comedic, and expanded our tour to share more of Ireland’s history. The Giant’s Causeway and the Ttanic Museum were incredible! We absolutely loved this tour!

Wonderful! Glad they were... - Wonderful! Glad they were driving and not me! We were incredibly lucky with the weather especially at Giants Causeway! I got to go all the way to the edge! Noel was a great guide!

Fantastic day trip - A fantastic and well organised tour. The guide and driver were very informative and helpful. The whole day was amazing - the weather helped massively as it was beautiful spring day. Lots of opportunities to take photos of the beautiful landscape and the opportunity to stay at The Titanic Exhibition longer if we didn’t want the coach back to central Belfast - which suited us as we stayed at The Titanic hotel. The ride in The Titanic Museum was well worth the wait and very informative

Lot's of places but not too rushed. - We got to see a lot of places on this tour but it didn't feel too rushed. The Giants Causeway and Titanic museum were both very busy when we went at Easter. I'd try and avoid holiday times if I went again.

Almost great! - The bus was on time at the pick up point (opposite The Garrick pub in Belfast). Harry made everyone welcome and spent most of the lengthy journey to The Giants Causeway giving us a potted history of Northern Ireland…some interesting, some not so much. I was surprised that we were dropped off, and picked up, at the side of the road, rather than the car park and the visitor centre was not included in the tour price. There is a small electric shuttle bus which takes you down to the Causeway and back up again (£1 each way) or you can walk! Plenty of time to enjoy the amazing structures of the Causeway. We stopped at the GoT location of the Dark Hedges, but I decided on a cup of tea in the cafe instead! We returned to Belfast and the Titanic exhibition, which I really enjoyed. The methods of construction were well displayed and fascinating. The tour is well laid out and explained. Personally, I found it a bit sad, taking into consideration the fatal conclusion. A very long day, but very enjoyable overall. I gave 4* rather than 5 because of the side of the road “situation” and non inclusion of the visitor centre.

A bit disorganized… - This is not a cruise tour, you have to get yourself to downtown Belfast, which is pretty easy with the $10 USD pink shuttle bus (round trip per person), a 5 minute walk from their drop off. Problem was there was no office or meeting place facility, just a street corner which wasn’t described well as all the other people congregated were on the wrong side of the street due to their poor, outdated drop off instructions. One bus came up, almost totally full of people, as bus came from Dublin. Told is was Causeway & Whiskey tour by the tour guide (not dressed very professionally wore a flannel shirt at first thought he was a homeless person), after said we were not on whiskey but causeway & titanic, he said we need to wait for second bus. After second bus came, that tour guide said we were not on his bus either. Homeless tour guide read his roster and said oh yes, you are on our bus. Got the last two seats in the back, cramped, hot & claustrophic. Luckily the bus had a toilet which was the savings grace for a 1+ hour journey to the causeway. Rest of day went off fine, but I don’t think I’d use this company again, they didn’t have their s together, as this is their business, they need to dot their i’s and cross their t’s.

Average causeway - There was a lot of walking and to be honest found the causeway very average, it looked like any other coastline

Could have been better organized - There was no information provided about the fact that the bus was coming from Dublin. It was 30mins late. I sent 2 messages to the tour operator but there was no response. We were standing in the cold rain with no idea where the bus was, what it looked like and when it would arrive. It was my first ever poor experience with a viator booking. The tour itself was ok but even at dark hedges for example, the tour guide did not accompany us. We had to find the path ourselves. I would not recommend this tour.

Disastrous for all - Did not happen, no bus, changed itinerary just a disaster all round. Totally unacceptable situation and utterly unprofessional and disappointing. Will expect a refund but our day was totally ruined and stressful.
