Great Tour of Busan - We had an amazing time visiting the sights of Busan with our guide Paul. He was very knowledgeable and offered us great advice for our stay in Busan. We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Busan and wanting to see a great deal in just a day.

Fantastic experience! - Exceptional, beyond words! Highly recommended to anyone interested in seeing the gems of Busan based on personal interests, at your desired pace. Luke was fantastic! Great day in Busan - We had a fantastic day in Busan, we went to a temple, rode the sky capsule and the Air cruise, went to the bamboo forest, walked on a skywalk and had lunch. Our tour guide, Kay, was amazing. She told lots of interesting stories, provided relevant information about the places we left. She went above and beyond running late so we could do all the activities we wanted to. I highly recommend her and the tour.

HyoungHwa was excellent!... - HyoungHwa was excellent! She provided helpful suggestions on what to see since we had been to Busan before. She's also a foodie so we tried several local delicacies at a local market without other tourists. Super fun day!

Amazing Private Tour in Busan - We had an incredible one-day private tour in Busan, and it was all thanks to our amazing tour guide, Luke! He speaks excellent English, which made communication easy and enjoyable. Luke was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to fully customize the itinerary to suit our interests. We loved having the flexibility to spend as much time as we wanted at each site. His knowledge of the area and friendly personality made the entire experience even more memorable. We had such a good time exploring Busan—thank you so much, Luke! Highly recommend!

Fabulous , great value personalised first Korean experience with friendly professional local expert Paul - Our local guide Paul made this personalised tour for just my wife and myself a fabulous day of learning , humour and appreciation for our first visit to this dynamic , modern South Korean metropolis .From being picked up at the cruise terminal to cooking our delicious Korean bbq lunch at our table , nothing was too much trouble for Paul as we gained great insights into Korean history , culture and cuisines . By the time he dropped us back at the cruise terminal we felt we had made a genuine Korean friend and we wish him and his lovely bride all the best for their upcoming wedding and honeymoon in our home country Australia …10 out of 5 if we could mark this wonderful day tour higher . 😀Warmest regards Sheree and Paul

Awesome Korean tour guide - I had a great 8 days South Korea tour on 17/4-24/4/25.Beside Korea beautiful sceneries, friendly people, nice hotels, great food most importantly we had a great Korean tour guide Mr Stephen Lee. Mr Stephen Lee is a very responsible and approachable Korean tour guide, he always answered our enquiry in a comfortable manner and treated us as his friends. Throughout the whole journey, Stephen shared with us his knowledge of Korea history, food,drama and songs (Stephen can sing very well).We were having laughter's all the time with Stephen around and he made us really happy and enjoyed our trips.
Besides the joy Stephen gave us, he also made sure that everyone of us are safe by sending us back to the hotel.
I feel very happy and lucky to have Stephen as our Korean tour guide and will request Stephen as our Korean tour guide in future when we visit south Korea again.

Busan is definitely worth a day trip! - We had booked the tour from/to Busan train station, arriving with KTX from Seoul. In the short time of 7 hours we knew all the sights that were planned to look at or use in peace. Many thanks to Jeonghwa our guide who made sure it went smoothly. Language-wise, too, we managed well here. Thank you very much for the commitment.

Avoid at all costs, scary interaction - Okay, I have not yet been cursed out by a tour provider for a bad review before. Typically, they're professionals and both sides move on.
But, in this case, the tour company reached out and actually cursed me out and wished me bad luck while in Korea! I'm a bit scared of this person as they sound unhinged on the email screenshot. This was after asking for a customization which they sounded like they offered (and instead, they requested a price hike so that we book 6 tickets for a 2-person custom tour to cover for TripAdvisor costs).
Are they truly a licensed provider?
I'm surprised that Korea travel officials would train their tour providers in this way.
