Exceptional Service – Flexible, Friendly & Professional - We had such a wonderful experience with this company during our time in Zimbabwe. They handled our transfers between Gweru and Bulawayo flawlessly and went above and beyond when our plans changed unexpectedly. When our in-laws were delayed, we had to spend the night in Bulawayo, and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating. They took us straight to the hotel we’d found, shared excellent local recommendations for dinner, and the following day, brought us back to the airport to meet our family before continuing on to Gweru. They didn’t stop there – once they learned we were heading to Victoria Falls, they offered great suggestions for activities and provided us with booking details. Even when a couple of small misunderstandings cropped up, everything was resolved quickly and smoothly, which gave us real peace of mind. A special thank you to Leslie, our driver – he was so flexible, warm, and knowledgeable, making every journey both comfortable and enjoyable. And to Tinashe, our booking agent – professional, responsive, and endlessly helpful. Between them, we always felt we were in the very best hands. We cannot recommend this company highly enough – they made our travels stress-free, enjoyable, and memorable.

Above and beyond! - Very professional and extremely helpful. We had some issues with lost luggage on our last flight into Bulawayo and Lesley dealt with the situation without any problem. Clean, modern people carrier and excellent driver also.

Airport transfer Bulawayo. - We were taken to the airport by Lesley and Valentine. There were 8 of us in 2 vehicles. They were punctual with clean well appointed vehicles. They were both excellent drivers - very safe and capable and both delightful. Would highly recommend.
