An excellent food tour... - An excellent food tour with the dearest of guides - Maggie. We were a group of 7 on the night which was the perfect size. The tour begins with a trip in the back of an old van across one of the most incredible old tunnel like bridges straight to the heart of the Imbaba district. It felt like another world compared to downtown Cairo. Maggie weaved us in and out of crowds and food joints effortlessly. She was a wonderful host for the 3 hour tour in which we sampled what seemed like an endless amount of foods. We had a wonderful time.

Book this TASTY food tour! - Magy is such a gem and provided such a uniquely crafted, beautiful, TASTY and FILLING food tour! We explored multiple different neighborhoods and feasted (yes it was a feast) on local Egyptian cuisine. Magy provided context, tips, and personal stories behind each dish, making the tour so special, and went beyond just a food tour. I’d HIGHLY recommend booking this food tour with Magy! Her hospitality is unmatched, as is her taste for amazing cuisine! Also, if you haven’t realized the theme throughout my review, please come with an empty stomach and be ready to have a feast! Thank you Magy for such a memorable experience!

Fabulous authentic experience! - our guide Magy was excellent! We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods with great explanations of what locals eat she took us to many typical places, asked about allergies and types of food we wanted to try she did Great job catering the tour to what we wanted ended with fabulous desserts the fresh mango is amazing!!! willing Nd open to letting us try the organs meats we tried the brains and liver!

Fantastic food, great guide, wonderful experience! - Wonderful tasting evening with Magy, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, desert and the street food delicacies of Cairo. We learned a lot about how locals eat while enjoying fantastic food. Magy is a great guide and adjusted the tour on the fly based on our food interests. Highly recommend, you are in great hands.

Tastes and stories of Cairo - Her passion for sharing her culture and community through foods and stories really impressed me. I throughly enjoyed walking through a vibrant market, sampling over 30 foods from a breakfast place, bakery, pastry shop and getting a taste of a life in Cairo! I’d recommend this tour to anyone curious about Egyptian foods and seeing the real Cairo through eyes of a local.

An amazing and authentic Cairo experience. - What an incredible tour! This experience with Magy helped me to see an authentically local side of Cairo and Egypt that I never would have experienced otherwise. Must do in Cairo - The tour was amazing. Magy took us to vibrant local neighborhoods to try so many different kinds of local food. We got very full. She was very genuine and generous with the tastings. My husband and I were a bit worried about getting sick before we went but we were completely fine.
