Best day, so interesting and relaxing! - Great tour, we had a driver and tour guide, I felt like we had her full attention. We toured the area, then went on a boat tour down the Tigre, with a stop at a waterfront place. Many shops were closed on the waterfront, but we weren't really looking to shop, so wasn't an issue. We learned so much from the area and from our guide, it was well worth it! Loved the later start in the day that this tour offered, so we didn't feel like we needed to rush out of the hotel early in the morning, thanks for the afternoon times!

Bad experience - The guides are very friendly but if you have a problem the company does not respond and they behave very badly... they give little information, for example on the trips to Tigre on the catamaran they do not accept credit cards and they do not advise, being a foreigner, what the payment method is. .the strollers or cars do not allow you to put them on the vans, nor do they notify you except when you get on with a child on you and you have already paid for the tour...in the parks there are many mosquitoes and the company does not recommend that you buy repellent first...the hotel transfer He arrived 50 minutes later for the airport and they only say a problem arose and they do not respond any further if the plane leaves you it is not their problem... in Tigre they give information about the sector with audio on all the tours and with a Summa group we traveled 45 min without audio but it is a transportation problem, not the summa group..the guides write and write to their bosses the complaints and they send you messages with answers as it is a transportation problem..from others except them, in short, they are not responsible for the problems and solves them.. In summary, the Summa group is not a comprehensive service manager... it only provides the basic service and if everything goes well, great. If there is a setback, they will not be responsible, they will charge you the same and they will also ask for a % of service.
