Experience a delightful full-day adventure where you can intimately connect with the Argentine Gaucho, their native music and dances, and partake in an authentic gaucho celebration. The gathering is hosted at an enchanting country home, an age-old ranch located just beyond Buenos Aires. A welcoming local family will greet you and serve up traditional Argentinean fare, including ‘Empanadas’ (meat-filled pastries) and superb Argentinean wine. You’ll have leisure time for horseback riding and strolling around to appreciate the Argentine ‘pampas’. Subsequently, a hearty lunch of classic Argentine ‘asado’ (BBQ) will be offered, complete with ‘chorizos’, steaks, salads, desserts, and coffee. The feast is followed by a cultural musical performance accompanied by Argentine songs and dances. Later, observe the ‘carrera de sortijas’ (ring-race) and ‘carrera cuadrera’ (horse races) - engaging events where gauchos display their exceptional equestrian skills.
